About the home

This modern, spacious, fully furnished and equipped villa is located on one of the loveliest spots in Protaras – within steps away from the Green Bay. The main living area is raised above the ground level with access to terrace and beautifully landscaped garden, pool and BBQ area, and together with the master bedroom positioned to offer a stunning sea view. It consists of open space living room, kitchen and dining area with long dining table and chairs to comfortably seat 8 persons. There are three bedrooms on the top floor, one below the main floor and plenty of bathroom space available.

The Famagusta region

The Ayia Napa / Protaras district is known to Greek Cypriots as the 'Free Famagusta District', a reference to the fact that a large part of the area, including most of the town of Famagusta, has been under Turkish occupation since 1974. During the second phase of the Turkish invasion (14 August 1974), the town was completely evacuated by its population. Unlike other parts of occupied Cyprus.

The Ayia Napa / Protaras district, with its sunshine and superb golden sandy beaches, has become a magnet for sun-seeking holidaymakers from all over the world. Although you may not notice it if you do not stray far from your hotel, this part of the island has traditionally been the market garden of Cyprus, with the much-exported potato its prominent crop.

The most famous bay in Protaras is Fig Tree Bay, with its crystal clear waters, golden sand and a small island about 100 metres from the beach. Other popular areas along the coast are Vrysouthkia Bay, Pernera Bay,and the secluded Konnos Bay. The beaches are dotted with tavernas and a variety of water sports facilities.
