The Famagusta District
45 minutes from Larnaca airport, Paralimni is a traditional busy Cypriot town. It offers a variety of shops and eateries and has some beautiful churches to visit. The area offers some of the best beaches on the island with Fig Tree Bay in Protaras only a 5 minutes drive and Nissi beach in Agia Napa only 10 minutes drive. There is also a lovely, small cove 2 minutes drive away. View points of the 'Ghost Town' of Famagusta are close by. Sightseeing trips can be taken to the 'divided' city of Nicosia and the Troodos Mountains in the west of the island are well worth a visit. Although a car is not a necessity, it would be advantageous.
Cyprus is a fantastic holiday destination with a great climate and over 300 days of sunshine a year on average. The south of the island offers good beaches, ancient ruins and temples, quiet inland villages and landscapes, skiing on Troodos Mountain, watersport activities and a vibrant nightlife in the larger towns.
Protaras / Pernera area
The property is located in a peaceful location just a couple of minutes drive to the resort of Pernera and is 2km to the closest of a string of sandy beaches. The busier resort of Protaras is about 5 minutes drive and Ayia Napa about 10 minutes by car. All have a good choice of restaurants, bars and shops. The traditional Cypriot town of Paralimni is about 5 km and it here that you will find larger supermarkets as well as a pretty town square where you can sit and enjoy a drink and watch the world go by.
How to get there
Larnaca airport is the nearest to the villa and is a 45 minute drive. Paphos airport is approx. 90 minutes away.

Further details indoors: Downstairs is open plan with a lounge area with satellite TV, DVD and Hi-fi/CD player, suite seating 6, dining table and 6 chairs, well equipped kitchen including electric cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. This area has air conditioning units and ceiling fans. There is also a separate utility room and guest cloakroom.
Upstairs there are four bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite shower room as well as a walk-in wardrobe. There is a further double bedroom and two twin bedrooms. There is also a family bathroom upstairs. All bedrooms have air conditioning (included).
Further details outdoors: The swimming pool (8m x 4m) is surrounded by a terrace where there are sun loungers, comfortable patio furniture, outside shower and a built in BBQ area. The garden has a fence with a gate to the pool area as a safety measure. This is particularly useful if you have young children. Linen and towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels. There is off road parking for up to 3 vehicles.

A 50% deposit is required to reserve the villa with the balance payable 8 weeks before your arrival date. Payment can be made by bank transfer into our UK or Cyprus bank account or by debit/credit card via Paypal but this does incur a 3.5% service charge.
A £250 refundable deposit is required against damages and breakages. This is payable with your final payment and will be refunded in full within in 2 weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
