The apartment comes fully furnished,with 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin bedded room . The 2 bedrooms are comfortable and have plenty of storage with floor to ceiling built in wardrobes.
Dressing table with stool and mirror in both bedrooms
Air Conditioning in all rooms including bedrooms at no additional cost.( a must during the long hot summers)
Sea view from your bed.

Fully tiled Bathroom with bath and overhead shower.

In addition there is a fully fitted modern kitchen with granite worktops, oven, halogen hob & microwave.
Dining area with table and chairs for 6.

Towels & bedlinen provided.
Washing machine also available for guests use with iron & ironing board. Clothes airer- clothes soon dry in the Cyprus heat / sun.

The Famagusta region

Famagusta area has many beaches along its coastline The main town is the cosmopolitan Paralimni which has all amenities you need, excellent shops, ( including a Marks & Spencer) ,cafe bars and restaurants, banks and Churches. All of which are open all year round. This is a lovely region with plenty on offer in addition to the sandy beaches and relaxing atmosphere. The guaranteed hot summers and mild winters make it an ideal all year round holiday spot for sightseeing, relaxing and sun worshipers, .
The 'ghost town' of Famagusta is visible from look out posts or boat trips and 'Northern Cyprus' can now be visited across the border with beautiful towns such as Kyrenia.
Travel further afield and visit Nicosia, Limassol or take a trip to the stunning Troodos mountains,refreshing in summer or even snow-capped in winter where you can visit the famous lace making villages and wine making regions.
You can even take a day trip to Egypt but will probably just be happy to relax close by.

The Protaras / Pernera area

Pernera has a relaxed family feel to it with a wide selection of excellent restaurants and bars with entertainment all within a 5 minute walk of the apartment. Next to it is Protaras which has a livelier atmosphere and a number of clubs as well as a wider selection of restaurants, bars ,many with regular cabaret acts & shows along the 'strip', the 'dancing waters show' and numerous shops.
Crystal clear waters make it ideal for exploring beautiful coves,snorkelling,scuba diving and nearby watersports.

Ayia Napa is only a short drive or taxi drive away with plenty facilities and activities such as,watersports,Waterworld a large themed waterpark and blue flag long sandy beaches like Nissi beach and Cape Greco Nature Reserve for stunning views and walks.
Visit Konnos beach where you can even take the special sun loungers into the sea to cool off.
Golf Courses
Horse Riding nearby at Moonshine Ranch
Another tourist attraction is the quaint church of Profitas Elias high up on the hill,which looks spectacular when lit up at night and can be seen for miles around.

Monarch, Cyprus airways, jet2.com, easyjet all offer low priced air travel. The new airport at Larnaca will now provide even more low cost options all year round or Paphos also has many economy flights as a winter alternative.
Taxis are readily available at the airport or as with Car hire can be pre-booked in advance. For taxi pre bookings

Transfers can be arranged for you.

The location of the apartment is such that a car is not required on a day to day basis, as beaches,shops, bars and restaurants are all in close proximity. Should you wish to explore the island car hire can be arranged for two or three days.

We had such a lovely time. The apartment was beautiful and had everything we could want. It was close to the beach which was great with having a young child as it was sandy and the water was shallow and we did use some of the pools nearby as well.- June 2010
