About the home

This two bedroom villa is situated in Pernera, just moments from the life and soul of Pernera centre, a short walk from the Golden Coast beach and a stroll away from the Pernera walkway - so you can get in to Protaras with ease stoping in the cafes allong the way.

The villa offers plenty of facilities for vacationers, with two good size bedrooms consisting of a double bed, two single beds, bedside tables, air conditioning units and black out blinds. Each room has built in wardrobes and the master bedroom has balcony access. There are linen and towels provided.

Best part of any vacation is the pool area, with pergola area you can dine in the shade by the pool side. There are cushions on the sunbeds for extra cumfort and fening for privacy. Not only that but there is a BBQ for sizzzling away and a mature garden to add ambience to the pool area.

THE BEDROOMS
the master bedroom has built in wardrobes with a good supply of coat hangers, a double bed with bedside table and reading lamp. The master bedroom also has access to a balcony with a table and two chairs. In the bedroom is an additional unit with cd / tape player and computer for accessing tv. The master bedroom also has built in wardrobes, two single beds, bedside table and reading lamp. Both rooms have air conditioning units and blak out roller blinds. The villa has linen and towels for your stay.

BATHROOMS

There is a master bathroom upstiars with a bath and shower combined with a shower screen. There is also an additional shower room (wet room) downstairs with toilet and sink.

LIVINGROOM

Moving downstairs, there is spacious layout. The villa offers wifi connection which is ideal if you are bringing a laptop. There is a large flat screen tv on the wall, local satellite telelevision (offering many english spoken channels for films, cartoons etc). The kitchen is slightly separated from the living room and dining room and has everything you could need - washing machine, microwave, water dispenser, coffee maker and your essentials such as a fridge freezer, oven, hob, extractor and kettle. There is a back door to the kitchen leading to the drive way and also to the BBQ area. The dining area seats 5 people.

The living room has comfortable leather sofas, with a coffee table and you can sit back and enjoy the large flat screen TV, with satellite channels (local satellite but spoken in English) and a DVD player. The villa offers a security alarm system and also internet access.

Outside, there are four sunbeds with cushions to keep up the perfect holiday glow... then there is a good size swimming pool... ideal just for a cool off moment... relax on a lilo... play beach ball with friends... Plus there is the outdoor BBQ so an evening in with the music from the television and sitting on the balcony overlooking the lit up pool and watching the sun go down... The villa has a large table and 6 chairs as well.

The Famagusta region

The golden coast Beach

This beautiful beach can be entered from the centre of Pernera. The beach has been awarded with blue flag awards for its cleanliness, crystal waters, sandy beaches and safety. An ideal family beach, with water sports available at one end of the beach and a lifeguard post as well.

Larnaca airport is the closest to the villa being just a 45 minute drive along the motorway,with Paphos around 120 minutes.
Driving is on the left and the roads are not very busy which makes hiring a car a great way to explore this fantastic island.

I just so love being there right from that first cup of coffee by the pool, while the birds twitter their breakfast song. And as for that barbecue - Kebab houses eat your heart out!
It's nice to be so close to the beach and a ten minute saunter down there (well if your young and full of strident determination you might make it in five) loosens up muscles stiffened by too many hours of driving in London traffic.
In the evening it's so comfortable on that sofa -a truly comfortable way to watch the big screen television. It's nice also being able to watch live English TV from the Media Centre in the main bedroom.
