About the home

A stylish spacious 3 bedroom villa situated in Penera near Protaras. The villa is conveniently close to restaurants, shops and tavernas, whilst the nearest beach is only a short stroll away.

The open plan living space gives the villa a light and airy feel whilst its tasteful interior and furnishings make for a comfortable relaxing holiday. The villa has combination air conditioning/heating throughout.

Outside there is a private pool and sun terrace with its own BBQ area.

Villa Esperos comprises of a marble staircase leading to;
* The master bedroom which has en suite shower room, king size bed, floor to ceiling wardrobes and patio doors which lead out onto a balcony overlooking the pool .
*The second bedroom consists of a double bed, floor to ceiling wardrobes and patio doors with balcony.
*Bedroom three contains two single beds, floor to ceiling wardrobes patio doors with balcony.
Moving downstairs the villa features an open plan living space comprising of
*A fully equipped brand new kitchen with granite worktops, all modern appliances and utensils and breakfast bar with stools which separate the kitchen/ dining area.
*A dining area with table and chairs seating 6, the dining area has patio doors and looks out onto the sun terrace and pool.
*The lounge/sitting area is tastefully furnished and has 2&3 seater leather sofas (3 seater converts into a double sofa bed). A flat screen plasma T.V with extensive choice of satellite channels, DVD & CD player, the sitting area has patio doors and leads out onto the sun terrace and pool.

Further details outdoors:
The sun terrace and private pool offer the ideal space for relaxation. The pool area is South facing ensuring maximum hours of that all important Cyprus sunshine. The outdoor space consists of ;
*A large circular wooden table with six chairs.
*Six sunlounges/beds.
*Three umbrellas.
*BBQ.
*Ample private parking space.

Can visitors please respect that we do not normally charge extra for the air conditioning, we would ask that the air conditioning is not left on whilst the villa is unoccupied or whilst the patio doors or windows are open, in the unlikely event of excessive use there will be an additional charge applied.

The Famagusta region

The area of Pernera is a beautiful part of Protaras, with possibly the best sandy beaches in Southern Cyprus. Fig Tree Bay is the most popular beach and can be found by strolling along the coastal path approxomatly (20 minutes away) (5 minutes by car ) or you can take the local bus.The local beach of Penera is a short stroll away from the villa.

The main town of Paralimni is about 5/10 minutes drive inland which is home to a veriety of shops and supermarkets supplying everthing you can imagine.

Ayia Napa is a 15 minute drive away.

The Protaras / Pernera area

The Villa is situated within walking distance of the Water Park in Protaras, 0.5km from Pernera Bay where you have a variety of water sports including, jet ski, ride on banana, pedolo hire, parasailing. You can try your hand at crazy golf on the main Protaras road or for those with young children the mini fun parks which have various rides and games. In Ayia Napa there is a huge Amusements/Fairground Park which is suitable for all ages.

You can travel by car to the Famagusta View Point and view the "Ghost Town" this can also be viewed by boat trip.

“Great location, great villa” We stayed here and had a great time, the villa is located a nice walk away from both pernera village (5-10mins) and protaras (20mins), the villa has all the things you need to make it feel like home and the swimming pool although not massive is very gd and the surrounding sunbathing area is generous. Ange was brill throughout the booking process and replied to all my many emails with questions and pointed us in the right direction all the time. If you are travelling with a young child like we did (10month old) I'd recommend holihire for any high chair or similar thigs you need, we used them and they delivered the item to the villa and were very fairly priced. “Fantastic Villa, Fantastic Holiday!!” My partner, daughter and I stayed in Esperos end of June- beginning of July this year and after being a little dubious at first about booking a villa rather than a package holiday - looking back this would be our preferred option every time! The villa was amazing, it had everything we needed and more with a lovely pool area and in a quiet location that was a stones throw from the bars in Penera and Protaras. Angie was very helpful with maps to and from airport and to the nearest supermarket etc and was a delight to deal with! Thank you for all of your help and I am in no doubt that if and when we return to Cyprus we will be on the phone to you! “Lovely villa, great place to visit” Had a lovely couple of weeks at the villa. Had spoken to Angie several times before booking and she was really helpful giving us lots of information about the villa and area. Was about a 15 minute walk to Penera and 20 minutes to Protoras. The promenade walk into Protaras was lovely, with lots of bars along the way to have a drink. Villa had everything we needed, home from home and the pool area was lovely for relaxing and soaking up the sun. All in all was a great holiday, would definitely go again. Many thanks. “Perfect villa, fantastic location.” This is the second time we have stayed at this villa. The villa is spacious, clean and fully equiped. It is in an ideal location within easy walking distance to the bars and restaurants. Ideal for a family holiday. Very highly recommended. “Home from home with sunshine” Really enjoyed our stay at Angie and Chris's villa. Angie was so helpful giving us lots of information about the area, maps and places to eat. The villa was spotless and in a great location for all the bars and restaurants. It was lovely having a pool and a bbq too. The kids really loved the fact they could go to protaris or pernera being right in the middle of the two. I have to say all the communication I had with Angie really made us feel we made the right choice with this villa as we were not over looked or hemed in like some of the ones we looked at. A genuine lady, thank you. “Fantastic Villa, everything as advertised.” Spent a fantastic week at the villa, everything was as advertised and in my oponion one of the best villa's on the complex. The south facing garden ensured we had maximum sunshine hours. We had one small problem with one of the air con units, nothing major but the service was second to none and was dealt with within hours. First class. Would recommend without hesitation. Thankyou Chris and Angie for a great week and the use of your lovely villa. “Great villa, great location” Well placed and wel equipted villa. Pleanty big enough for 6 adults to share and close to the beach and bars and restaurants. The area was not to crowded nor had too many tourist at the time we visited. The villa had everything we needed for a 10 day stay, and a great BBQ for making meals. “Home from Home” I would highly recommend this property. It is an ideal location and within walking distance of shops, restuarants and the beach. We stayed with 4 adults and 3 children aged from 2 to 5 and found the villa offered plenty of space, was clean and really well maintained. The pool area was great with plenty of shade available for those wanting to avoid the midday sun. Angie could not help enough with the booking and is really nice and friendly. The transfers were great as was the hire of a cot for our little one all arranged through Angie. Response: Thank you for taking the time to write a review.
