The open plan living space gives the villa a light and airy feel whilst its tasteful interior and furnishings make for a comfortable relaxing holiday. The villa has combination air conditioning/heating throughout.

The Famagusta District

The area of Pernera is a beautiful part of Protaras, with possibly the best sandy beaches in Southern Cyprus. Fig Tree Bay is the most popular beach and can be found by strolling along the coastal path approxomatly (20 minutes away) (5 minutes by car ) or you can take the local bus.The local beach of Penera is a short stroll away from the villa.

The main town of Paralimni is about 5/10 minutes drive inland which is home to a veriety of shops and supermarkets supplying everthing you can imagine.

Ayia Napa is a 15 minute drive away.


Protaras / Pernera area

The Villa is situated within walking distance of the Water Park in Protaras, 0.5km from Pernera Bay where you have a variety of water sports including, jet ski, ride on banana, pedolo hire, parasailing. You can try your hand at crazy golf on the main Protaras road or for those with young children the mini fun parks which have various rides and games. In Ayia Napa there is a huge Amusements/Fairground Park which is suitable for all ages.

You can travel by car to the Famagusta View Point and view the "Ghost Town" this can also be viewed by boat trip.

*The lounge/sitting area is tastefully furnished and has 2&3 seater leather sofas (3 seater converts into a double sofa bed). A flat screen plasma T.V with extensive choice of satellite channels, DVD & CD player, the sitting area has patio doors and leads out onto the sun terrace and pool.

The sun terrace and private pool offer the ideal space for relaxation. The pool area is South facing ensuring maximum hours of that all important Cyprus sunshine. The outdoor space consists of ;
*A large circular wooden table with six chairs.
*Six sunlounges/beds.

*Ample private parking space.

Can visitors please respect that we do not normally charge extra for the air conditioning, we would ask that the air conditioning is not left on whilst the villa is unoccupied or whilst the patio doors or windows are open, in the unlikly event of excessive use there will be an additional charge applied.
