Olympic Villa is ideal for couples, families and friends looking for luxury accommodation close to beaches and amenaties. Only 50m from shops, tavernas and the bars in Pernera itself. Or if you’re looking for something a bit livelier, then the popular resort of Protaras, with its vibrant night-life, is only 3km away.
Our villa is a superior and modern 3-bedroom holiday home (sleeping 6, but there are two very large sofas on which 2 extra people could sleep). It has a private heated pool, is 1-2 minutes from beautiful sandy beaches and is tucked away in the exclusive "Crystal Lagoon" gated development in the heart of Pernera. Crystal Lagoon is Pernera's first secure, gated development and our villa is the perfect location for you to have a wonderful holiday. The villa includes everything you could possibly need for a stress-free and enjoyable stay.

Our villa has been designed to a very high standard. Bedrooms are all furnished using modern furnishings and coordinating and stylish cushions, throws and lighting. Clean, crisp bed linen is included in the price of your stay.
There's lots of extras to keep the young kids (and grown up kids!) happy, such as PS2, Games, Pool Toys etc. Towels and linen is also provided.
2 Bathrooms (1 en-suite), 1 downstairs Cloakroom, Private heated swimming pool, Luxury Italian fitted kitchen, air conditioning and central heating, Plasma flat screen Satellite TV, DVD , Sony Play Station 2 (with selection of titles). Garden chairs, recliners, tables, parasols, pool toys, Gas BBQ. For babies - Stair gate, travel cot with linen, high chair. Plastic plates, cutlery. A selection of pool towels for adults and children.

Our enclosed extra large private garden is fully equipped with loungers, tables, chairs, a Gas BBQ, Parasols and pool toys - everything to help you relax in the wonderful year-round Cyprus sunshine.
Our shed houses a selection of Buckets, Spades, Balls, Floats, Waddles and other toys to use in the pool or at the beach.
Off road parking. 50m from shops, tavernas and the bars of Pernera. 100m from the beach with its beautiful clear turquoise seas. 3km from Protaras with its busy night-life (and Fig Tree Bay).

Special rates available for long term lets and at times when it's not high season and the villa isn't fully booked. Please always ask if there's any special offers at the time you wish to come.
We do ask our customers for a security/damage deposit of £300 (Sterling) to confirm your reservation. This will be returned within 2 weeks of check out.

The Famagusta region
Since Turkish forces occupied the northern part of Cyprus in 1974, most of the Famagusta region has been located north of the UN Buffer Zone. In fact, Famagusta town, once a thriving resort, now lies as a ghost town as negotiations continue between the Greeks and Turks over the future of the north (well worth a tourist visit).
The region situated south of the border, however, has become a bustling tourist destination, popular for its active night-life, golden beaches and excellent water sports facilities.
In recent years, resorts such as Ayia Napa and Protaras have been transformed from sleepy harbour towns into some of the Mediterranean most popular holiday spots, with superb beaches, clear seas and a vast choice of bars and night-life.
Protaras is a modern resort that stretches over 16 kilometres of coastline and offers splendid Blue Flag beaches as well as watersport and scuba diving facilities (the famous Fig Tree Bay is located here). Pernera is smaller and quieter than Protaras and there's a very tranquil side to the region, too, namely Cape Greko which has a rugged coastline and some beautiful coves. The area adjoins a National Forest Park, an area of great natural beauty, a world away from the busier resorts.
The Protaras / Pernera area
Pernera is quieter than Protaras with many tavernas, bars, restaurants and shops. There is certainly enough for the family, friends and couples to do if you want to combine the beach and pool with a reasonably quiet and relaxing holiday.
Pernera beach has been awarded with the Blue Flag for its clean and safe waters. You will find all kinds of watersport facilities such as wind-surfing, water skiing, para sailing, canoe and paddle boats as well as speed boat rentals. The sandy coves around Pernera are perfect for snorkelling and scuba diving and really safe for children due to the shallow and clear waters.
If you’re looking for something a little livelier than Pernera; then Protaras, with its busy night-life and famous Fig Tree Bay, is 3km away. A thriving coastline resort with all manner of restaurants, bars, cafés, tourist shops, water sports, excursions and entertainment to keep you and your family busy.
The popular and lively town of Ayia Napa is only 10km away. There you can dance the night away in the many clubs and bars of this lively resort!!

Most UK airports fly to Cyprus. Larnaca airport is the closest to Olympic Villa (45km) and takes about 45mins to get there on good roads (left hand drive - same as in the UK).
LARNACA AIRPORT
Larnaca airport has undergone a major expansion and opened a brand new 3 story terminal building and extended the runway. The new modern airport has a more efficient baggage hall, passport control and much better shopping and dining facilities.

I would just like to say what a wonderful time we had staying at Olympic Villa, everything we could have needed was there for us from start to finish, we had a visit from Margaret and Gary on our first day who I must say were absolutely lovely and very helpful. The whole experience was a good one and I must say that you made our day by your kindness of allowing us to remain in the villa past the deadline on our final day, I cannot begin to tell you how much easier that made it for us and just helped cement the great time we had. "We had a great family holiday with our children and parents. The villa is a superb standard and has all the useful bits and pieces you may need while away. The area is perfect for small children - quiet and safe, with access to the busier part of town a short walk up the road. The beach and facilities are ideal for families and provide hours of fun. The children’s play area near the beach with slides and swings is in a great location offering shade and sun. The kids enjoyed visiting this on the way to the beach. Also the pool bar on the way to the beach provides an ideal stop for a beer on the way back from the beach. Excellent staff and very family friendly with a shallow pool. Ideal for kids to play and the internet access was good, for those of us who have to stay in touch with the UK!! "This villa is a fantastic base for a holiday. It was very welcoming and within a five minute walk to the beach. We hired a car for the whole holiday and travelled around quite a lot but found that the beach to the left hand side of the main beach in Pernera was the nicest around – especially for small children as it was like a mill pond. This is the first time we have stayed in a villa but I would never want to go back to a hotel again as the space we had and the freedom of meal times was much more appealing to us. The villa is rented on a weekly basis and prices are in £Sterling per week for the villa, regardless of the number of guests staying. Price includes:

Additional cost to heat the pool in cooler months.
Pool heating is available at the cost of gas fills which is around €150-€200 per fill (charged at cost). This should last for approximately 1 week (up to two fills may be required in winter depending on running temperature). If you would like the pool to be heated, please let us know at the time you make your booking so we can make the arrangements with our pool maintenance company.
