Location! Location! Location! The Infinity villa is located right on the seafront on top of a picturesque bay next to Fig Tree Bay. It is in a quiet area but just a short stroll from Fig Tree Bay, the most popular and cleanest beach in Cyprus with its powdery sand and crystal clear water. The sea here starts off quite shallow so it is perfect when you have small children who love running in and out of the water.
The villa is very close to many amenities, and in fact just a 7-minute walk from the main Protaras strip with its abundance of bars, restaurants, shops and lively night-life so it is perfect for families.
It has a huge garden, with a lawned area, more or less the size of a football pitch leading down towards the sea, perfect for sunbathing, having barbecues or playing football with the children.
It does not have its own private pool but there are plenty of pools nearby which our tenants often use.

The Famagusta District
The Famagusta region has long stretches of very clean beaches with golden sand. It stretches from Turkish-occupied Famagusta all the way to Ayia Napa.
The Protaras area is very popular with holidaymakers and particularly with beach lovers because life is just one long holiday down there in the summer.
You can enjoy a leisurely long breakfast, taking in the spectacular sea views and then either lounge around by the pool all day or better still, head for gorgeous Fig Tree Bay and enjoy the amazing beauty which nature has provided us with - the golden sand and crystal clear turquoise coloured sea. You can feast on the delicious Cypriot cuisine - try the fish or meat meze - an array of a multitude of tasty local dishes and then head back to the beach.
Then you can freshen up and head out to the main Protaras strip to continue a wonderful night full of fun and relaxation. Here you will find that the locals are very child-friendly so you can enjoy dinner and a few drinks in the company of your children.
Protaras / Fig Tree Bay area
Protaras is basically a beach resort, a centre for relaxation. It is ideal for beach lovers and families. There are luna parks for the kids or you can take them fishing or crabbing (it is fun to feed the crabs some bread and then watch them scurrying about trying to carry it under one arm!!). There is also a place which is full of various bouncy castles.
There are plenty of watersports near the villa, including jet-skiing, paragliding, banana boats, speed boat hire, pedalos, catamarans, etc. or you can take a leisurely boat trip towards Famagusta or Cape Greco.
Swimming, snorkelling and fishing are of course also very popular ways to spend your time.
If you are a little bit more daring, you can also learn to dive and perhaps take a PADI course to get your certificate. There is also a ranch where you can do horse riding about a 2-minute drive away from the villa.
For bon viveurs, there is also a lot of food, glorious food! Try Pieros restaurant, about a 15-minute walk from the villa for home-cooked style food and a friendly, family atmosphere. There is also Anemos restaurant a bit further up Fig Tree Bay for excellent meat and fish meze as well as a wide range of European and local dishes.
Protaras also has an aquarium, water park and sound and light show.
How to get there
The villa is 45 minutes from Larnaca airport.
A taxi from the airport for 4 persons costs about 50 Euro. A minibus transfer can also be arranged. Ask the owner for details.

The villa was wonderful and in an exceptional location, Private yet only a short walk to beach and restaurants.
The facilities and standard of finish in the villa were excellent. The owner was extremely helpful in every way, whatever our request was he delivered. The villa is excellent and we thought the location was superb. The children were always occupied whether they were snorkelling, swimming, playing football or playing table tennis on the pool table!
A good time was had by all and we would certainly recommend it to our friends.

We cant stop thinking about our holiday. We had such a relaxing, thoroughly enjoyable time over there. We had all the factors that contributed to a wonderful time.........especially the house. It was really roomy, the air conditioners in each room, the beds nice and big, the location was tops, and the whole layout was wonderful. We utilised the grass area a lot with the kids, and hardly watched any TV.
The only negative was the three flights of stairs to climb, no sky pay tv, fridge a bit small., but these were only minor faults. We thoroughly enjoyed the whole three weeks and will seriously consider returning to Cyprus and stay at the house. My husband was so enthusiastic he even wanted to put in an offer, to buy the house from you.?!!!??!!!

We have just returned from our stay at the Infinity villa and I wanted to let you know that we very much enjoyed our stay there. As you so correctly state, the location is great and the villa was especially suitable for our needs. Hope to be back some time and should you ever be visiting Israel any time please let's know so we can meet up.
