About the home

For a spacious pool area, this villa is perfect, relaxing, mature gardens, BBQ, plenty of toys for children, large private pool, sofas, sunbeds, dining area and plenty of sun all day.

For large families the villa is ideal as it can sleep 8 people on proper beds and there are two extra divan beds which can be used in the living room to accommodate two extra people. There are two bathrooms to the villa so no fighting over the one bathroom. Most people hiring the villa have hired a car just for convenience however you can walk in to Protaras easily and from there you can catch buses to other areas such as Ayia Napa and Paralimni.

For a quiet and romantic getaway the villa is ideal or if you are traveling with large groups or families the pool area is amazing, spacious, huge pool and cram packed with the facilities you require from your holiday villa.

Facilities

This villa has plenty to offer everyone. With four large bedrooms, all with wardrobes and air conditioning units! The master bedroom is a good size with a king size bed. There is access from the bedroom to a nice sized balcony, with views of the sea and the St Elias church, which is amazing when it is all lit up of a night time, the glow amongst the palm trees is a pleasure to see.

The second bedroom also has a large king-size bed with bedside table, built in wardrobes and air conditioning and has access to the balcony. Both rooms have shutters which help to keep the rooms cool and also act as black out if required in the night time. They can be angled to accept however much light you desire. Both rooms also have mirrors and small sides with chairs and there is a hair dryer for your use.

The third bedroom is upstiars with twin beds, wardrobe and black out blinds as apposed to shutters. (from October 2011 as the extension will take place at the beginning of October)

There is a large family bathroom upstairs with a bath and shower combined and toilet and sink. There is a small cupboard under the sink and we provide plenty of towels. Downstairs there is a shower and toilet.

The third bedroom has two single divan beds, mirror and side area with stool, built in wardrobes and air conditioning. There is an additional camp bed for an extra person or child.

In addition there is a cot and highchair available.

The living room area is comfortable, there is local satellite television, which offers a large range of English channels, including films, cartoons etc. There is an ipod docking station, tv and dvd player allong with a selection of books and dvds.

The kitchen area is spacious and has all necessary items for your holiday. there is even a mini fridge to keep your cans or wine cool!!!

Further details outdoors:
This outdoor area was designed with relaxation in mind! Its well planned areas mean that everyone can enjoy every part of the villa. Starting with the large private outdoor pool, there are both Roman steps (built in to the pool) and ladders to suit everyone. The pool is well maintained and gets the sun for the majority of the day.

To the far side of the garden area, there is a patio area with a stone built traditional BBQ so you can sizzle the sausages and enjoy a glass of wine.

Around the pool there are plenty of sun beds for everyone, so take your pick which one you will want to tan yourself on, plus the great thing is that you don’t have to worry as you can soak up the sun for most of the day! You can make sure you go back with that relaxed summer glow.

Enjoy reading a good book whilst sitting back on the comfortable sofas around the pool area or enjoy an evening meal at the dining table. The mature garden area helps to create a relaxing and soft atmosphere for your to enjoy your time at the villa.

We meet you 24hours a day in the local area, so there is no need to try to find the villa on your own. You will have an emergency help number on 24hours throughout your stay, a welcome package is provided within the cost at the beginning of your stay to get you through your first few hours and a full hand guide with places to visit and area interests along with maps of the area to get you started.

The Famagusta region

A country ideal for those sun kissed sun tans, with beautifully hot sunny days... Cyprus is known as the island of love and boast so many qualities that it is unbelievable. Unraveled beauties lie in Cyprus amongst the beautiful crystal clear Mediterranean waters and stretches of sandy beaches you will discover amazing churches, caves and Greek monuments that will never seas to amaze.

The traditional language is Cypriot although most people speak English as well. If you venture in to the older towns you will see many older men, sitting with friends, playing the local game of 'tavli' also known as backgammon and drinking 'frappe' which is like a cold coffee. They sit and watch the world go by and you won’t be able to stop and look in amazement.

The Protaras / Central Protaras area

Protaras is an amazing family resort, with plenty of variety to offer. Try anything from mini crazy golf, be entertained by the dancing waters show, laugh at the Spynx Egyptian style bar showing break dancing shows, live fire shows and comedy acts! There is plenty of Karaoke and entertainment along the central street of Protaras and plenty of great places to eat, offering both Mediterranean foods and traditional Greek dishes along with British menu's.

In addition, there are aquariums, historic museums, water sports, scuba diving, under water walking, bowling, water parks and much much more.

Ayia Napa isnt far away, about 10minutes by car and there are bus services from Protaras which run frequently. Ayia Napa along with plenty of culture also offers a wide range of bars, restaurants and night life to keep you entertained.

Larnaca airport is the closest to the villa being just a 40 minute drive along the motorway,with Paphos around 120 minutes.
Driving is on the left and the roads are not very busy which makes hiring a car a great way to explore this fantastic island.

"We stayed in the villa late September of 2011 with my family, the kids thought the pool was amazing, and there was sun in the garden area all day so ideal for sunbathing. The outside areas were spacious, private and the gardens being well maintained and tidy really helped build the ambiance of our holiday. Great villa, great holiday!"
