For large families the villa is ideal as it can sleep 8 people on proper beds. There are two bathrooms to the villa so no fighting over the one bathroom. You do not need to hire a car as the villa is in the area central to Protaras.
For a quiet and romantic getaway the villa is ideal, satellite channels with lots of English spoken programs, dvd player, leather sofas. The villa has everything you could need and more.

The Famagusta District
A country ideal for those sun kissed sun tans, with beautifully hot sunny days... Cyprus is known as the island of love and boast so many qualities that it is unbelievable. Unraveled beauties lie in Cyprus amongst the beautiful crystal clear Mediterranean waters and stretches of sandy beaches you will discover amazing churches, caves and Greek monuments that will never seas to amaze.
The traditional language is Cypriot although most people speak English as well. If you venture in to the older towns you will see many older men, sitting with friends, playing the local game of 'tavli' also known as backgammon and drinking 'frappe' which is like a cold coffee. They sit and watch the world go by and you won’t be able to stop and look in amazement.
Protaras / Central Protaras area
Protaras is an amazing family resort, with plenty of variety to offer. Try anything from mini crazy golf, be entertained by the dancing waters show, laugh at the Spynx Egyptian style bar showing break dancing shows, live fire shows and comedy acts! There is plenty of Karaoke and entertainment along the central street of Protaras and plenty of great places to eat, offering both Mediterranean foods and traditional Greek dishes along with British menu's.
In addition, there are aquariums, historic museums, water sports, scuba diving, under water walking, bowling, water parks and much much more.
Ayia Napa isnt far away, about 10minutes by car and there are bus services from Protaras which run frequently. Ayia Napa along with plenty of culture also offers a wide range of bars, restaurants and night life to keep you entertained.
How to get there
There are two main airports in Cyprus, Paphos and Larnaca. When you book flights Larnaca airport is the closest to the villa.

Fly monarch have summer sales now for next years tickets, there are tickets for under 100pounds... It can sometimes work out more cost effective (if flying from UK) to fly from Heathrow and the flights are scheduled so you are less likely to get delays to ruin your holidays. Plus book in advance, if possible before the end of the year, the tickets are much cheaper.

Further details indoors: This villa has plenty to offer everyone. With three large bedrooms, all with built in wardrobes and air conditioning units! The master bedroom is extremely large and has a safe deposit box for your use. There is access from the bedroom to a nice sized balcony, with views of the sea and the St Elias church, which is amazing when it is all lit up of a night time, the glow amongst the palm trees is a pleasure to see.
The second bedroom also has a large king-size bed with bedside table, built in wardrobes and air conditioning and has access to the balcony. Both rooms have shutters which help to keep the rooms cool and also act as black out if required in the night time. They can be angled to accept however much light you desire. Both rooms also have mirrors and small sides with stools and there is a hair dryer for your use.
There is a large family bathroom upstairs and also a second balcony, which is very large, ideal for escaping and overlooks the calming pool area.
The third bedroom has two single divan beds, mirror and side area with stool, built in wardrobes and air conditioning. Being divan beds, there is the option to pull out a further bed, of which the height is the same as the other two divan beds with a proper mattress for the 7th person. Should an 8th person stay at the villa, the second divan bed also has an identical bed to pull out, but this person would need to sleep in the living area. In addition there is a cot and highchair available.
The living room area is comfortable, there is local satellite television, the Nova system which offers a large range of English channels, including history, music channels, films, sports etc.
The kitchen area is spacious and has all necessary items for your holiday. there is even a mini fridge to keep your cans or wine cool!!!
Further details outdoors: This outdoor area was designed with relaxation in mind! Its well planned areas mean that everyone can enjoy every part of the villa. Starting with the large private outdoor pool, there are both Roman steps (built in to the pool) and ladders to suit everyone. The pool is well maintained and gets the sun for the majority of the day.
To the far side of the garden area, there is a patio area with a stone built traditional BBQ so you can sizzle the sausages and enjoy a glass of wine.
Around the pool there are plenty of sun beds for everyone, so take your pick which one you will want to tan yourself on, plus the great thing is that you don’t have to worry as you can soak up the sun for most of the day! You can make sure you go back with that relaxed summer glow.
Enjoy reading a good book whilst sitting back on the comfortable sofas around the pool area or enjoy an evening meal at the dining table. The mature garden area helps to create a relaxing and soft atmosphere for your to enjoy your time at the villa.

We meet you 24hours a day in the local area, so there is no need to try to find the villa on your own. You will have an emergency help number on 24hours throughout your stay, a welcome package is provided within the cost at the beginning of your stay to get you through your first few hours and a full hand guide with places to visit and area interests along with maps of the area to get you started.
