The Villa comes fully equipped with a plasma TV, Playstation, washing machine and dishwasher and tastefully furnished inside and out in a contemporary style.
Just a two minute walk and you are on the beach, lovely tavernas facing the fabulous sea or just 2 minutes in the opposite direction and wander into the town with its many restaurants and bars. Ideal for families, the villa is located in a private gated road, private garden with sunloungers, garden table and chairs and an outside shower. The excellent location means car hire is not necessary but taxis and car hire are available locally.

The Famagusta District
Famagusta is located on the east coast of Cyprus and is capital of the Famagusta District. It is located in a bay between Capes Greco and Eloea, east of Nicosia, and possesses the deepest harbour in the island. Famagusta contains spectacular ruins, including a magnificent amphitheatre, Roman baths, a gymnasium and royal tombs. The mosaics are particularly beautiful.
Just inland from Famagusta are the church and monastery dedicated to St. Barnabas, the founder of the apostolic Cypriot Orthodox Church in 45 AD. Barnabas a Cypriot from Salamis who visited the island accompanied by St. Paul and St. Mark and was later martyred in Salamis in 52 AD. The church of St. Barnabas is preserved exactly as it was since abandoned in 1976. There is a collection of 18th century icons and the monastery cloisters now houses an archaeological museum.
Famagusta harbour is dominated by a great citadel sometimes known as Othello's Tower in reference to the (fictional) play by Shakespeare. It contains a splendid 14th century Gothic Hall.
The sun shines over Cyprus every day of the year which makes it perfect for all year round holidays, whether a relaxing summer holiday or just lazing in the winter sun. The south east coast of Cyprus boasts some of the best beaches on the island and very safe for families with small children. There are many places of interest including Ayia Napa were the largest water park in Europe is located and well worth a day trip. The resort of Porters is a 25 minute walk away and the resorts of Larnaca, Limasoll, and Troodos Mountains are all within easy driving distance of the villa.
Protaras / Pernera area
The villa is only two minutes walk from Pernera beach (awarded Blue Flag status) where you can enjoy lazing in the sun or go for a dip in the warm waters. For the more adventurous, water sports include water skiing, para-sailing, canoeing, wind-surfing, jet-skiing and speed boat rentals. The shallow sandy coves are perfect for snorkelling and scuba diving and are safe for children.
Pernera is a small and comfortable upmarket family resort with plenty of great restaurants and evening entertainment or, for a more lively time, only 30 minutes beachside walk or 5 minute drive away from Protaras with its many exciting themed bars, restaurants and nightlife or a 20 minute drive away from vibrant Ayia Napa. Many of the local bars offer free WiFi internet access to their customers.
There is a comprehensive supermarket within 2 minutes walk of the villa.
Paralimni, at only a 10 minute drive, hosts many coffee bars, restaurants, markets and great shopping - even a Marks & Spencer for the essentials.
15 minutes walk from the villa there is a well-managed water-park staffed by life guards. For the families with under 8’s there is a very well managed and safe family water park with life guards on duty, all the super slides run into depths of just 1/2 metre and 1 metre you can keep an eye on the young ones wherever they are in the park from your lounger.
How to get there
The nearest airport to the villa is Larnaca international airport which is approx 45 minutes by car. All the main car hire companies are located in Cyprus Airport transfers can be arranged, I would recommend this as airport taxis are expensive the world over!
For cheap flights try 'Off Broadway Travel' a travel agent who always gets me reasonably priced flights, they are based in Hertfordshire and can be contacted on 01438716200.

Set in a private gated road there is no through traffic yet it is on the doorstep of some exquisite beaches and tavernas.. It has been tastefully designed and fully furnished to a modern contemporary style.

Downstairs is the large open plan lounge and dining room with two sofas, a dining table and seating for six which leads onto a luxury high spec kitchen fitted with high quality appliances: Oven, ceramic hob, fridge and freezer, microwave, toaster, washing machine and dryer and a dishwasher. All the main appliances are integrated into the kitchen units. There is a plasma TV in the lounge linked to satellite TV with English speaking channels including children’s channels. The Play station can be used to play DVDs and Cds. All the bedrooms and the lounge are equipped with air conditioning and the villa is fitted with central heating (though it is unlikely to be used except for a few nights in the winter).
