The villa has 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, (1 en-suite),a large open-plan living/dining area, cloakroom and separate kitchen. All rooms are furnished to a very high standard. The luxury Italian fitted kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering or why not fire up the BBQ for some al-fresco dining. Outside there is a beautiful patio garden with sun loungers, table and chairs and parasol next to the private swimming pool.
Just a short walk away is Pernera itself where there are many restaurants and tavernas where you eat out or simply have drinks overlooking the beautiful blue sea. There are many activities available including: water skiing, fishing trips, para-gliding, windsurfing, mini golf and much more...

Protaras / Pernera area
Crystal Lagoon itself is situated just a short walk from Pernera with its many restaurants, bars, cafes, tavernas and shops. The beach has been awarded with the Blue Flag for its cleanliness and saftety. Pernera has many water sports including para-sailing, water skiing, fishing trips, boat hire and windsurfing. The shallow water in Pernera cove is perfect for children offering snorkling and diving.
Proporas is just 3km away and boasts the best beach on the island at Fig tree bay has a more lively feel with great shopping, bars, restaurants and evening entertainment.
There are two exciting water parks nearby at Ayia Napa
Ayia Napa is just 15-20 minutes drive away with two exciting water parks and lively night-life if you want to dance the night away!
How to get there
Many airlines now fly to Cyprus from most major UK airports. Easyjet has just started flying direct to Larnaca from London Gatwick for as little as £15.99.

The nearest airport to the villa is Larnaca in southern Cyprus. It is an easy-to-follow 45 minute drive along the motorway from Larnaca to the villa in Pernera. In terms of transfers you broadly have two choices: a) you can hire a car for the duration of your stay which you can pick-up (and drop-off) at the airport or b) you can get a taxi to / from the villa (one-way for Eur 60 - 70). We can supply details for recommended car hire and taxi companies.
Remember in Cyprus you must drive on the left-hand side of the road - same as in UK.
