The resort of Protaras has many sandy and safe beaches and is an ideal choice for anyone looking for a lively resort with plenty of restaurants, bars and plenty of amenities for children.

The interior of the villa has a very comfortable lounge and dining room areas a small but well equipped kitchen and a downstairs toilet and wash basin. To the upstairs of the villa we have 2 bedrooms one with a double bed and balcony and the second bedroom with two single beds. The bedrooms are fully furnished with plenty of wardrobe space. The family bathroom is also found on this floor and has bath,overhead shower, toilet and wash basin with vanity unit. This villa is fully air conditioned throughout. A pull-up bed is available for the use of children under the age of 12 only

The outside of the villa boasts a large private outdoor pool which is cleaned 3 times per week and plenty of sunloungers. Outside tables and chairs are also provided. This villa is fully fenced and gated making it a very safe environment for your children. This villa is highly recommended.

This villa has full air conditioning through out and the rates below are to be added to the rental rates for the use of the air conditioning;--

It is not our policy to accept bookings from single sex groups under the age of 25 ,should an exception be made then a substantial deposit would be required before your arrival at the villa and will be returned within 7 days of your departure from the villa provided after our inspection there is no damage or breakage.

We are able to offer all nursery items for a small supplement please enquire at time of booking.We can also arrange your private transfers to and from Larnaca Airport at discounted rates again please call for information.
We provide pool towels for your personnel use and saves on your luggage.

The Famagusta region
Protaras is located on the east side of Cyprus and is serviced by Larnaca Airport. The transfer from the airport to the villa depending on traffic is between 45--60 minutes. Larnaca is well worth a visit and has a lovely promenade and shopping area. Nicosia is the main town on the island and has excellent shopping facilities and plenty of historic sites to visit.
The north of Cyprus has now become accessible and the border is approx 20 minutes from the villa. You will need your passport to enter the north of Cyprus but once across the border towns such as FAMAGUSTA and KYRENIA steeped in history are well worth a visit.
Golf courses are located near to Paphos a 1hour 30 minutes-2 hour drive from the villa or alternatively you can travel to the north of Cyprus to the fantastic international golf course located just outside Kyrenia well worth a visit.
The Protaras / Central Protaras area
Protaras is a lively cosmopolitan resort with plenty of bars ,restaurants and lively entertainment. Protaras also has mini-golf course for the children and a bowling alley for all the family. The smaller towns of Pernera, Kapparis are located approx 5-10 minutes by car. The local working town of PARALIMNI is located 10 minutes drive from the villa and is well worth a visit with plenty of shopping available.
