About the home

Prices held for 2012.The luxury Blue Electra apartments are situated in the popular village of Kapparis which is situated just outside the family resort of Protaras. Kapparis has a wonderful selection of Bars, Restaurants, cafes and mini-supermarkets. There is also a large supermarket approx 2 mins car ride.
The nearest beach is 5 minutes stroll with a coastal path which leads to other beautifully secluded coves looking out to crystal clear waters.
The apartment has 1 bedroom with double bed, living room has two sofa beds,32" LCD T.V and satellite, DVD, CD player and radio, Ipod speakers and Dining table and chairs. There is also a balcony with table and chairs perfect for al fresco dining or relaxing with a bottle of Keo, also a BBQ if you wish to cook outside. The kitchen is newly fitted and fully equipped for a self catering holiday and includes kettle, fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave and dishwasher.
The private secluded swimming pool is situated in landscaped gardens with a children's shallow pool separate from the main pool. There are also separate shower facilities and toilets beside the pool area. We have a meet & greet service so no need to worry about collection of keys and our representative will show you around the apartment then leave you to have an enjoyable holiday.

Bedroom 1 has 1 double bed, fitted wardrobes, safe, bedside tables, dressing table with mirror and is air-conditioned/heating.
The living room has two sofa beds, dining table and chairs, TV and satellite, DVD player, CD player and radio, Ipod speakers,air-conditioned/heating and patio doors through to the balcony.
The bathroom consists of a bath/shower, WC, hand basin with mirror.
The kitchen is fully equipped for a self catering holiday.
The apartment also has a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Bed linen and apartment towels are provided but unfortunately not beach towels.
BBQ.
Property will be cleaned prior to arrival with a mid stay change of linen on two week bookings.

The large secluded communal pool has a separate paddling pool for children. It also has sun loungers and toilet and shower facilities close by.
There is also a designated parking space should you a hire a car.

A 25% non refundable deposit is required if booking over 8 weeks in advance, with full payment required 6 weeks prior to arrival.
A refundable breakages deposit of £100 is required to be paid with full payment. This will then be refunded subject to satisfactory property inspection. The rates include air conditioning, heating, linen, towels, plus a change of linen and towels after the first week if staying for 2 weeks and a change after the 2nd week if staying from 3 weeks.

Great rates for winter lets - cheaper than putting on the heating in Winter Climates - Lets must be 4 weeks or over in duration.

If staying for short lets (less than one week), the rate per night is not divided by 7 to give you the rate per night - cleaning and laundry will need to be included in the charge - please contact me for a short let rate.

Payments from UK residents can be made into any UK bank.

International Payments can be made via IBAN transfer and paid in GBP Sterling or Euros

I can also be paid via PayPal using a Credit Card, but this will incur a 5% surcharge (which is what I will be charged by PayPal).

Please remember it is your responsibility to organise your own travel insurance to cover medical treatment while away.

The Famagusta region

The Famagusta district has so much to see and do it could keep you busy for your entire stay. You can relax in the quiet village Kapparis or thrive in the busier towns of Ayia Napa and Paralimni. The area also has the family resorts of Protoras and Pernera.
It has some of the best and most famous beaches on the island including Nissi Beach and Fig Tree bay. All these destinations are within 15 mins car drive.
Paralimni has a mix of modern and traditional shops and restaurants. Ayia Napa has many attractions and also hosts the largest Water park in Europe( a must for any family). Protaras is a lively family resort which holds some of the best beaches in Cyprus including Fig Tree Bay.

The Protaras / Kapparis area

Kapparis has a wonderful selection of restaurants both traditional and modern. There is a selection of bars, cafes and shops which include an excellent bakery. The selection of bars and restaurants make it a perfect area for families and couples of all ages.
For something more lively the resorts of Pernera and Protaras are just a two or three minute taxi ride away.
There are numerous small coves perfect for sunbathing, snorkelling and fishing in the crystal clear waters. The beaches are gently shelving and therefore perfect for the kids.
Further afield are horse riding facilities and also a golf course approx 45 minutes drive away.

Fly direct into Larnaca for a 50 minute drive to the apartment or Fly into Paphos for a 2 hr drive to the apartment. Flights are available throughout the year from a number of airlines including:

“Great appartment and location” Nice appartment with everything needed for a good holiday. Enhanced by Jill who welcomes all guests. Any problems she sorts out quickly with minimum fuss. She goes the extra mile to ensure you have a good holiday. Lovely clean pool with plenty of sun beds. Great selection of bars and restaurants and a reasonable supermarket. “Smart, fully equipped, clean and comfortable rental in a great location” We enjoyed a very well managed rental. The flat is modern and comfortable and has a great balcony with BBQ. “Everything that we expected, was here.” It is a very good apartment with all necessary utilities (as in the apartment description and even more, there was a potty that is very convenient if you travel with young children). The apartment is clean and the furniture is in good condition. The apartment location was also good: the big hypermarker Orphanides is just of 15 minutes of walk, the nearest beach (appr 10 min of walk) is a quiet, small and lovely bay, the water station is not far. “Best vacation” Blue Electra Complex very lovely house with good yard and pool, also our flat had the parking place near the house. Not far from apartments good supermarket and huge supermarket Orphanides with fresh fruits and vegetables and other goods. The Beach Firemans Bay over 10-15 minutes by walking. Firemans Bay - sandy beach and very clean. It was our first visit to Cyprus and our expenses was less than we expected. I think that the vacation in apartments more optimal for family than the hotel and cheaper versus touristic office service. Response: Thanks for leaving a review.
