This fantastic 5/6*villa is furnished to the highest standards throughout. The open-plan lounge and dining area are spacious and have marvellous sea views. Flat screen television is provided along with satellite TV and DVD player and we also provide a playstation 3 to keep the young ones amused. The kitchen is spacious fully fitted and well equipped with washing machine, dish washer, fridge/freezer etc. The downstairs cloakroom has a WC and wash basin.
Upstairs there are 3 spacious bedrooms all with fully fitted wardrobe and designer bedding

The Famagusta region
Larnaca is the international airport you fly into for this villa. Larnaca is a large town with a beautiful promenade and an excellent shopping area approx 45 minutes drive from villa.
Resorts such as Limasol and Paphos are approx 1-2 hours drive away and it is this end of the island where the 2 best golf courses - Aphrodite Hills and Secret Valley, are located.
Nicosia is the capital and largest town. It has plenty of historical sites to visit and it is also here you will find the best shopping areas. It is approx 45 min - 1 hour drive from the villa.
The beautiful Troodos mountains are approx 1 hr drive and offer freshly picked fruit & vegetables straight from the orchards and farms, lovely local souvenirs and trinkets from the markets in Troodos and a welcome change of scenery and temperature to the coast!
The party town of Agia Napa is a short 10 min away for those who want to pub and club all night long...and 5 min away in the opposite direction is the year-round village of Kapparis with it's range of bars & restaurants. You'll also find football, rugby and all the other big international sporting events catered for on the big screen even through the winter in the Pig & Whistle...
The north of Cyprus is now open at the borders and you can visit the ghost town of Famagusta and also the beautiful town and harbour of Kyrenia. It is well worth a visit and approx 20 minutes drive time to the border at Vrysoulles.
The south east end of Cyprus is one of the nicest areas on the island and once visited you will come back year after year.
The Protaras / Central Protaras area
Protaras is a fantastic resort which caters for all age groups. The beaches in this area are the best you will find in Cyprus and the famous beach of "Fig Tree Bay" is only a 2-5 minute stroll from this villa. Protaras has many international restaurants and bars, and karaoke bars for those aspiring to X-Factor are plentiful. Protaras even has its own bowling alley on the main strip.
There are many water sport locations where you can hire jet skis etc and a wide range of boat trips which can be taken to see the beauty of this part of the island.
Pernera is an up and coming resort and is approx 25 minutes walk from the villa. Again there is an abundance of bars, restaurants and plenty of small coves for you to explore.
The working town of Paralimni is a 5 minute taxi ride from the villa and here you can see the 3 beautiful churches in the centre, the quaint shops and plentiful bars well worth a visit. There's also the Carrefour supermarket on the main road into town with a great range for all your food needs if you decide to cook rather than dining out!
Once you arrive at the villa please purchase the local paper - the Cyprus mail which will give in detail all the festivals and events taking place whilst you are staying in the resort.
Protaras is a fantastic resort and the villa is in an enviable position a mere 100m from the bars, restaurants and beaches - it's definitely one not to be missed. Please book early to avoid disappointment.

Many charter flights from many regional airports in the U.K. fly to one of the most popular resorts in the med - Protaras. We arrived on 2 oct to a spotlessly clean villa the interior was delightful. the swimming pool was cleaned twice on our visit linen was changed once in the week. We even had a bottle of milk bread water and a bottle of wine on arrival we had not had that at other private villas we had stayed at previously. The location was quiet but really close to the strip in portoras. I am sure families would love this place! Whilst there we always felt safe. You could walk to the strip in minutes we never needed a taxi. local bus services was brilliant and only two euros for a day pass. A representative from holiday lettings came to check on us and gave us a 24hr contact number if we needed. Fab place!! Really nice villa. Pool is excellent. Execellent location just off the strip and five minutes from the beach. Really nice inside but we didnt spend much time in there! Highly recommended. |
