About the home

Kapparis is ideal for a peaceful holiday a short distance away from the main tourist and commercialised resorts. Our apartment has been fully furnished and equipped to a very high standard to provide that 'Home from Home' feeling with ample space for two families. Comfort and space of a villa at half the price.

Two large sliding doors lead onto the veranda with outside furniture for that Al fresco dining or relaxing with your book and glass of wine watching the sun set. We have added the George Foreman Grill and a drinking water cooler to the equipment in the kitchen. Cot/playpen and highchair for the youngest member of the family.

Furnished and fitted to a very high standard with light oak throughout , the apartment is extremely spacious and comfortable enough for upto 8. Providing 3 bedrooms, the double with en-suite shower, toilet and handbasin, 2 rooms with 2 singles in each. A family bathroom with over bath shower. All bedrooms have built in wardrobes providing hanging and shelf space. With a Cot/playpen and highchair we welcome the youngest member of your family. The living area comfortably seats 6 with Satelite TV, DVD player and radio. All areas have air conditioning and fans.
The kitchen is fully fitted with little extras like a coolbag for your day's on the beach and George Foreman grill for the cheese toasties at lunchtime. If crease's in your shorts are a problem then the iron and board waits for you.
Drinking water cooler for that welcome cold drink. The veranda has table and 6 chairs, large sunshade and 4 comfortable recliners, with binoculars to take in the lovely view. Available for guest use are various beach items.
Our 'hosts' will visit you at the apartment to make sure all is well.
Your shopping list can be made up and ready for your arrival.
First floor apartment with lift access.
Beds will be made up and bath, hand and tea towel's are provided.
We ask that you bring your own beach towel's.

A double Futon is also available if there is 7 or 8 in your party..
If you are staying longer than a week cleaning can be arrange payable direct to our hosts

Guests will be visited by our hosts who will be happy to help in anyway during your stay.

Because of the many lovely places to visit we do recommend that you hire a car.

Conditions

Price quoted is for parties of 4 and 6 people (Extra person's please add £30 per person per week) Sleeps maximum of 8.
A non refundable deposit of £100 is required to secure booking with the balance due 8 weeks before arrival.
A refundable breakages/damages deposit of £100 is required on all bookings. Payable before arrival and refunded less deductions for losses, damages, breakages etc. within 7 days of the end of your holiday.
We are pleased to quote long term lets of 1 month and over.
We are happy to fit in with your travel arrangments where possible ie. we do not expect you to leave at 10am if your flight is not until 10pm

The Famagusta region

White sandy beaches, for safe paddling for the young ones and snorkelling for the older ones, the bluest of blue skies and with wonderful sunny days and warm evenings all add up to a wonderful holiday for everyone.

The Famagusta area is full of interesting places to visit. Paralimni is a mixture of old and new with a lovely old town square and church as well as modern stores. An interesting place to 'people' watch as the locals sit outside the little tavernas and cafes. Protaris and Penera are bustling resorts and Ayia Napa is of course well known for its nightlife.

The Protaras / Kapparis area

From Dherinia you can view the ghost town of Varosha, local cafe's are happy to hire you binoculars.National Park of Cape Greko with its sea caves and wonderful turquoise waters is a must to visit. It seems all coast roads lead to a bay of some sorts so no shortage of places to visit. Ayia Napa also boasts Europe's largest Water park.

Further afield, roughly an hours drive away is Nicosia with its town walls. Another day out is of course a drive into the Troodos mountain area. Boat trips, diving and other mad water sports are all available close by.
Cruises over to Egypt are also available to book in the area.

Book your Easyjet flights NOW. Flights by Easyjet into Larnaca start 31st March 2009.
Larnaca is 65k from the apartment ( 45mins by car/taxi). Paphos is about 2 hours drive away, worth considering as flights can be cheaper into there.
We can arrange airport transfer if required. There are many car hire companies based locally ( information can be given on request). We strongly recommend hiring a car.

“worth every penny” fantastic apartment great views overlooking Famagusta,not overlooked by anyone,very clean ,peaceful area ,supermarkets/shops banks/bars/ easily got to by car 2/3 mins would recommend to anyone how wanted too relax unwind have a great no stress holiday will book again

“Beautifully furnished and immaculate apartment” Very well equipped apartment with every convenience provided for a relaxing holiday. Owners very helpful and obliging. Plenty of lovely beaches and secluded coves for swimming. Would definitely stay here again.

Had a wonderful family holiday, the apartment is so lovely we wanted to bring it home. All was good, found it nice to be away from the busy parts, driving was so easy and everything easy to find, we just ran out of time. Definatly recommend to friends and family. The Barfield family.

We had the best holiday ever. So nice not to be ruled by other's agenda. Total relax, got up when we wanted, ate when we felt like it, also nice not to have to worry about packing hairdryer and beach stuff. The airport pickup was great, Will and Jackie very helpful.

Wow!!!!!Just had to let you know what a lovely time we had. The apartment was fantastic! So spacious and beautifully furnished. We loved that part of Cyprus and everyone was so friendly. The terrace was lovely and private and ideal for Layla to run around safely. The White family, Stowmarket

Wonderful apartment. With 6 of us there was so much space it was great. Wanted to take it home with us. Clean,comfortable and lots to do even late November. Stevens and Rees Family, Suffolk. ( Returning May 2011 as had such a great time)

Stevens & Rees family returned June 2011 and had a wonderful time again, lots to do.
