About the home

The luxury villa is situated in the new Blue Water Bay Village the architecture is such that although modern it blends with the local traditional buildings partly stone with roof tiles making it different to the other develoments.
The rear garden with the pool is ideal for the family to relaxe and with out any overlooking developments or other properties and mature garden gives it a unique private and serene area to chill out. The position of the pool and garden means that sunbathing at any time of the day is possible and the long drawn out evenings ideal to entertain friends and family with the odd barbecue and drinks.

The Famagusta region

The villa is located in Blue Water Bay Village in the area of Kapparis where agriculture was the main occupation as a result of the rich red earth. Wind power was used extract the water from the wells and many windmills are still to be seen between the new developments. The warm climate enables the growth of potatoes watermelons and other produce giving the area a local atmosphere and makes one feel that its more than a holiday. Not far From Blue Water Bay Village away from the sea and less than a 5 minutes walk will take you to a small supermarket ,off licence, a few restaurants and bars. On the way to the nearest beach is the Malama
Hotel where the restaurant is open to the public and snacks are served during the day.

The Protaras / Kapparis area

A few minutes walk away is Malama Bay a sandy beach with watersports and safe area for children to play in the sand and snorkel amongst the rocks.5 minutes away is Firemans beach and numerous other bays within walking distance. Fig Tree Bay and Nissi beach are the bigger beaches being 10-15 minutes drive away.
For entertainment and nightlife Ayia Napa is 15-20 minutes drive and for the family WaterWorld Park is a great days fun. Further and where one may shop and catch some of the local atmosphere is Paralimni with its traditional coffee shops and restaurants compteting with the modern trendy shops.
