'Shebaz Townhouse' is in a prime location in Kapparis, situated along the road that joins the bars, restaurants and shops that this lovely Cyprus town has to offer. From the outside this Cypriot townhouse is traditionally built with shutters and lovely outside features. Inside it is luxuriously furnished with high spec fixtures and fittings. The owners have taken great care to make their holiday home a real pleasure for guests to stay in and enjoy their holiday, they have even thought of a water cooler and will make sure it is freshly filled ready for your arrival.
There is private parking at the back and a patio area with table and chairs. The door from the patio area leads into the beautiful well equipped fitted kitchen with granite worktops (there is a separate laundry room with a washing machine). Leading into the dining area and then the modern sitting room with leather sofas, coffee table, Satellite TV and DVD player - there are a selection of DVD's for all the family to enjoy. Also for your entertainment: Playstation 2 with games, board games, cards and CD radio docking station. Patio doors lead out onto the large front patio with plenty of sunbathing area, a patio set and BBQ.
Upstairs there are two good sized bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, built in wardrobes, ceiling fan and balcony. The view from the balcony is superb, with views of the sea (the main picture shows the view from the bedroom balcony). Bedroom 2 has two single beds but is large enough to accommodate two comfortable camp beds if required to sleep up to 6 people in total. Bedroom 2 also comes with built in wardrobes.
The family bathroom is finished to a high spec and comes as a 'wet room' with shower, sink and toilet.
There is a safe for personal use.
The townhouse has aircon units in the bedrooms and a ceiling fan and fans downstairs.
Everything you need is on your doorstep. Just over the road is the path down to the nearest beach, which is one of several in Kapparis, all joined by beautiful coastal walks. One of the favourite beaches here is called 'Fireman's Beach', another is known as Malama Beach.
Although there is no 'communal pool', to cool off there are 2 large pools very close-by open to all. The nearest one is at the Hotel Amore, a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere awaits you so you can swim, sunbathe and enjoy the sunshine. The Hotel pool is closer to the townhouse than what some apartments are to their communal pool!
Just after the Amore is the Captain Karas large pool with sunbathing areas, pool bar and football pitch for the children (and energetic adults!). A definite favourite with guests, its a great place to spend time at during your holiday.
A Renault Clio is available to guests who would like to make the most of their holiday and travel around the island visiting the other towns and beaches. Available at very reasonable rates, and with a full tank of fuel, you would then only fill the tank up before you left, paying only for what you have used.
*Airport transfers can be arranged directly to and from the villa for 48 euros each way.
*Optional 'meet and greet' service.
* Bed linen and towels provided (though not beach/pool towels). All beds are freshly made before your arrival. Plenty of winter bedding provided for low season bookings.
* The villa is cleaned before and after your stay and all towels and linen are cleaned after your departure. A midweek clean and linen change can be arranged if requested.
*Welcome book provided giving you all the information you need during your stay e.g, maps, useful telephone numbers, places of interest and recommended restaurants etc...
*For your safety: Smoke alarms and fire blanket.
Internet connection is available to access at the townhouse. It is so easy to set up, Internet access costs (based on 2013 prices) 15 euros for 1 week, 25 euros for 2 weeks and other charges for different number of days/weeks required.
WIFI is also available at most of the bars/restaurants in Kapparis.

The Famagusta region
Cyprus boasts of blue sky and sunshine 360 days of the year. The summer months experience temperatures going up into the 90's during July and August and the Winter months are mild.
The crystal clear sea and the golden sandy beaches of the Famagusta area gently embrace the eastern corner of the island with the popular resort of Protaras a veritable paradise for anyone who loves the sea and water sports or simply relaxing on the beach. Within a few minutes driving distance from Protaras is the beautiful harbour of Ayia Napa and the medieval monastery in the middle of the town.
Also to be seen are the windmills and small churches of the surrounding villages including the beautiful church of Profitis Elias at the top of a rocky hill, and not to be missed the picturesque fishing refuge at Potamos Liopetriou with its varied selection of coffee shops and fish tavernas.
Resorts in Famagusta out of the tourist season are quieter during the months November to Easter, (the main tourist season normally being from Easter to November). Out of season, the Protaras main strip is mostly closed but there are a selection of bars and restaurants open in Pernera, Kapparis and Ayia Napa all year round and Paralimni has shops and supermarkets open all year. There is a bus service very close to the villa which goes around the island stopping via Pernera. The full range of local activities described below relate to the tourist season.
Kapparis is a small, friendly resort with numerous coves and beaches on the coastline of Kapparis, giving you the perfect opportunity for you to sunbathe in peace and enjoy the crystal sands and beautiful clear azure waters. If you are feeling adventurous, why not try your skills at Water Skiing, Paragliding, Wind Surfing etc. Snorkeling is popular here.
There are plenty of restaurants to choose from, including 'Faliros' (which is a stones throw away) with a wide choice of menu including steaks, check out the great reviews on Trip Adviser. There are numerous bars, most with WIFI connection and large screen TVs and Sky Sports. A favourite bar is 'The Pig & Whistle' that serves great food at reasonable prices, e.g full english breakfasts and sunday lunch. There is a supermarket just on up the road from Shebaz and a fantastic bakery at the far end of the road. Kapparis has everything you need to have a great holiday.
