Situated a mere 200 metres from the sandy cove at Ayia Triada Bay is this brand new 3 bedroom villa with private pool. Located in a peaceful, predominantly residential area between the village of Kapparis and the lively resort of Pernera, this villa has easy access to both.
The open plan living/dining/kitchen area, features a TV with surround sound (limited satellite channels), a DVD player, Playstation 2 and a selection of board games including Monopoly, Scrabble, Dominoes and Bats & Balls have been provided for guest's use. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. The dining table seats 6. A guest cloakroom is also located on this level.
On the first floor, the master double bedroom, two twin bedrooms and a full bathroom are located. All bedrooms and the living area are equipped with air conditioning units (4 in total) which are included in the price. A safe box is provided and a hairdryer is also available.

The East coast of Cyprus is better known for it's white sandy beaches and therefore an area of high tourism with many hotels, holiday complexes, fun parks, water sports, bars, reataurants and nightlife.
Protaras / Ayia Triada area
A small pathway at the end of the cul de sac takes you to the sandy beach at Ayia Triada which also features a picturesque fishing harbour and a chapel. A supermarket and small selection of restaurants are within easy walking distance of the villa whilst the village of Kapparis with its larger selection of restaurants and bars is only 1.5 kms away. The lively resort of Pernera is less than 2 kilometres away.
