Boasting a near perfect location, less than 100 metres from the golden sand shores of the idyllic Fig Tree Bay and right in the heart of Protaras, is this brand new (July 2006) development of exceptional quality and tastefully furnished villas. A contemporary and elegant interior decorated in traditional dark mahogany wood contrasting starkly with whitewashed walls, and furnished in modern materials such as leather, glass and chrome, which combine to give the villa a modern and refined feel.
The ground floor consists of an open plan kitchen/living/dining area and features satellite TV (limited channels) and a DVD player. The compact kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. A washing machine and tumble dryer are located on the first floor. The dining table seats 6. A guest cloakroom is also located on this level.
All three bedrooms are located on the first floor. The master double bedroom has it's own en-suite shower room and a further double bedroom and a twin bedroom share the full family bathroom. All three bedrooms and the living area are equipped with air conditioning units for cooling or heating.

The Famagusta District
If beaches are your priority, then Famagusta is definitely for you. This part of the island is renowned to have some of the finest unspoilt and un-crowded beaches anywhere in the Mediterranean. Although, a vast amount of accommodation is available in Famagusta, we have been very selective with our choice. Those interested in history will enjoy visiting the walled town of Famagusta and hearing about the Ottoman siege, which was once the ancient Venetian city.
As a base for a holiday on the island, the Famagusta region is more secluded than Kyrenia.
The old town of Famagusta has some of the most superb medieval architecture in the Middle East, and less a figure than Leonardo da Vinci is thought to have been involved in the design of its colossal Venetian fortifications. Within the town walls an intriguing range of monuments, mainly churches can still be visited. It is by no means a beautiful city, and a full day should ideally be devoted to stroll in the streets of the old walled town seeking out the early churches and Venetian buildings. Other hidden treasures include the antique Roman city of Salamis, Othello’s Tower, Bronze Age ruins of Alasia and Engomi, the Monastery of St. Barnabas, Royal Tombs and Kantara Castle.
Protaras / Fig Tree Bay area
Enjoying such a prime central location in the heart of Protaras these villas are the envy of many. Perfect for beach lovers, the famous Fig Tree Bay with it's clear turquouise sea and fine golden sand is only a stone's throw away, and benefits from an abundance of facilities for watersports enthusiasts. The sleepy resort centre comes alive after dark and offers a wide range of friendly restaurants, cosy tavernas, bars and shopping opportunities to suit the whole family.

Godman - 25/4/2007 - The Villa was very clean, spacious and well equipped. The proximity of Fig Tree Bay let us enjoy the beach to the most!
