Home description
The living room, kitchen and dining room are open plan with seating and dining for 4 / 6 people. You will also find a downstairs cloakroom with toilet and wash basin. You can appreciate the creature comforts of wide screen TV and DVD.
Two sets of patio doors lead onto the patio area where you will find a heated pool and small garden, where orange and lemon trees grow through-out the year. Sun loungers are provided, as well as table and chairs and a barbeque. The outside area is completely illuminated, including the pool, and provides a beautiful area to enjoy at night-time..
The kitchen is fully fitted with high spec appliances, gas hob, oven, dishwasher, cooker, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board.
Upstairs there is one double bedroom, fully fitted and furnished with its own balcony and en-suite bathroom. There are one or two twin bedrooms, both fully fitted and furnished and one of which is also en-suite.
The villa is situated in the Paralimni area, close to Aiya Napa (10mins) and Protoras (10 mins). The villa is located merely 5 minutes walk to the local beach and coastline where you can take leisurely strolls or swim and snorkel in the crystal clear waters of the Mediterranean sea. A couple of minutes walk from the villa will also take you to the local Kapparis main road where various bars, excellent tavernas and restaurants can be found. A small supermarket and car hire rental office are also located close by.

The Famagusta District
The resorts of Protaras and Agia Napa are only a 10 and 15 minute drive away respectively if you wish to enjoy what they have to offer. The quaint Cypriot town of Paralimni is also only a 2 minute drive away and here you can see a bit of the local people and culture. Famagusta boasts some of the best beaches in Cyprus.
Protaras / Blue Water Bay area
The warm climate makes Cyprus a perfect destination for holidays any time of the year. Temperatures range from 15 in January to 32 in July & August.
