The ground floor area of Florina D2 consists of a beautiful spacious luxury open living effect with front and rear veranda areas. The rear veranda area boasts a seating area - it is here where one can relax and enjoy a nice cold beer or two! (or glass of champagne with strawberries!) and meals - red snapper, white bait, kalamari and lobster are just a few of many fresh seafoods fished daily by local fishermen and are easily obtainable from the many local shops!
And when it gets a little too hot you can retire inside the air conditioned villa for a siesta or take a dip in the communal swimming pool. The choice is yours!

The Famagusta region
This part of Southern Cyprus is near to the towns of Paralimini, Protaras and Ayia Napa but far enough away to enjoy the peaceful countryside around you.
The area around Kapparis is generally a mixture of farmland and residential accommodation.
The most south easterly part of the area is Cape Gkreko where you will find an area of outstanding natural beauty, breathtaking views and rugged surroundings.
The Protaras / Kapparis area

Kapparis - A three minute walk will take you to the local supermarket, restaurants (Italian, Mediteranean, Seafood, Chinese, Greek and Modern European) plus a selection of bars. The Firemans Beach is a ten minute walk away.
Protaras - A coastal town with bars, restaurants, children's activities and beaches. The main supermarket is located between Protaras and Kapparis. Many sandy beaches including the famous Fig Tree Bay.
Ayia Napa - About twenty minutes away by car / taxi. Large shops, harbour, nightlife and restaurants. The large aqua park is located on the outskirts of Ayia Napa.
Paralimini - A more traditional greek cypriot town further inland with wonderful gift and craft shops.
Deryneia - A traditional greek cypriot village with some outstanding restaurants serving traditional greek cypriot cuisene.
Leopetri - A rural coastal fishing village with local basket weaving crafts people.

You may occupy the villa from 16:00 hours on your date of arrival.
We ask that you depart by 10:00 hours on your final day. Late check out is available under certain circumstances for GBP £25.00 for the remainder of the day, subject to subsequent arrivals.
Two sets of bed linen are provided, for your use. One beach towel (per person) and a set of bathroom towels will be provided.
We require a Euro 150.00 cash deposit, payable locally, to cover cost of any breakages or damage sustained to the property during your stay. This will be re-funded, less any deductable charges for malicious damage, breakages or adverse cleaning that may be required, at the end of your stay.Book
