A large luxury Villa, with panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea from all rooms.
The Villa is large ,190 sq meters and is furnished to a very high standard.

This extremely large and spacious contemporary Villa is part of a small exclusive development in a private cul-du-sac. Just 100 meters from the crystal clear Mediterranean Sea, Just a 4 minute stroll to the beach.
The breath taking panoramic sea views can be enjoyed from all rooms.
Furnished to an exceptionally high standard ,air conditioned through out the Villa offers a spacious open plan lounge, with Xbox and games, Satellite, 42 inch Plasma TV, DVD & ipod docking station. Patio Doors Lead onto the private pool and large Sun Terrace and BBQ area.
The kitchen has black granite work tops, breakfast bar and is fully equipped with Siemens appliances with has halogen hob/oven, dishwasher, water cooler, large fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine Cool bags and picnic equipment for those lazy days on the beach. The dining area provides leather seating for eight.
Upstairs there are 3 large bedrooms with fitted wardrobes , one with en suite, one with Balcony and there is also an enclosed den area with a double sofa bed and XBOX (a hit with the kids) all have TV/DVD , There is luxury family bathroom with full bath Shower and glass sink.
The private pool and sun terrace has ample sun beds, a bamboo day bed , hammocks and pool shower. The terrace and pool is illuminated for alfresco dining . On the Sun Terrace there is a built-in BBQ with sink There is a large dining table and chairs with a parasol for you to enjoy alfresco dining

Beach Towels are provided to give you that extra space in your suitcase.

The views of the Coast are spectacular from the large private terrace and patio

Just 4 minutes walk and you are at a little beach with a shallow cove ideal for children. 10 minutes stroll along the coastal path to another sandy beach and little harbour of Agia Triada with its quaint Chapel
You can buy fresh fish for the BBQ when the fishing boats come in.

There are plenty of sun loungers, hammocks and even a large bamboo day bed for those relaxing days by the pool.
A large outdoor dining table and chairs so you can dine alfresco and even a patio heater for those chillier nights in winter.
The pool is illuminated so you can swim under the stairs and if you want to take a closer look at them there is a telescope for your use.
The pool is cleaned on a regular basis and there are steps leading into the pool for the little ones, and non swimmers. There is a purpose built BBQ with sink and a pool shower for those relaxing nights spent around the pool.
Although a car is advised there are Bars and Restaurant's within walking distance of the Villa ,
There is also a local bus service (3 minutes walk) which runs every half an hour, and stops at Pennera, Protarus, Ayia Nappa and Paralimni.

Further details

A complimentary welcome pack on your arrival which will include tea, coffee, sugar, milk fruit juice, bottled water, bread, butter, preserves ,basket of fruit and of course a bottle of wine so that you can have a cuppa or a glass on your arrival. Our English speaking manager will visit you the next day to ensure you are settled in. There is a 24 hour contact number that you can contact her on if you need any advice. One week after your arrival the house keeper will clean the villa and change all the linen and the towels. Beach towels are also provided for your stay to give you that extra room in your suitcase. There is a cot and high chair available for your use there are a selection of Cds, DVDs, Xbox games, books, games, toys and an electronic safe for your use. There is even a telescope available if you want a better view of the stars. We can supply flight contacts, car hire and taxi firms to pick you up at the airport. Air-conditioning is included in the price.

The Famagusta region

The Villa is situated in Agia Triada a short walk to the beach with its little fishing harbour, sandy beach and quaint chapel that the fishermen still use. There are numerous coves and harbours and the famous Fig Tree bay and Nissi Beach is a short drive away. The area is excellent for snorkling and diving and the glass bottomed boats are regular visitors. There is excellent sea fishing to be had and boat trips are readily available. The Karpaia Mountains penisula and the town of Farmagusta can be seen from the Villa, If Atlantis was still above water you would see that as well!
A short drive away is Cape Grecko which is a national park and an area of outstanding beauty with is natural bays and sea caves means its ideal for snorkelling and diving.
The Troodos mountains are well worth a visit, there is sking available in the winter months,there are quaint villages to explore where time has stood still why not take in a tour of the local winery.

The Protaras / Pernera area

The Villa is a short drive to the resort of Protaras with its many international restaurants,bars and local Tavernas. A short walk from the Villa will take you into the smaller resort of Pennera with its excellent Seafront Restaurants and Bars. There are local supermarkets and seafront restaurants along the coast road within easy walking distance of the Villa.The 5 star Golden Coast Hotel is nearbly , it specialises in Weddings, the Villa would be ideal for wedding parties.

There are two water parks close by one is situated in Ayia Napa and claims to be the largest in Europe a firm favourite with kids and adaults
The bustling town on Paralimni is a short drive and well worth a vist with its local tavarnas , it has retained much of its local character and the stone built church of the Panagia is at the centre of the town square.
Ayia Napa is a short drive away, by day it has a pleasant harbour where you take lunch at one of the many habourside restaurants, or go on a submarine trip and see the shoals of fish in their natural environment. Ayia Napa is famous for its night life and has numerous bars, discos and restaurants for those who seek a more livelier scene.

Fly to Larnaca airport and take a taxi to Protaras or alternatively hire a car from the Airport. Approximately 40 minutes drive via motorway. Its easy Cypriots drive on the same side of the road as in the UK.

“Beautiful well-equipped villa in a wonderful, peaceful location - we had a very relaxing holiday” This villa is a real gem. We were thoroughly comfortable and relaxed from the moment we arrived (having been given excellent directions from the airport). Particularly struck by how peaceful the location was - great seaview from the outside terrace and balcony and not overlooked by other villas. We felt we were in an exclusive location in a high quality property. Unlike the majority of villas in the area it is not surrounded by others. Loads of space to chill out. Sitting out watching the stars over the Med - an experience that will stay with us for a long time! Inside the villa is very spacious and comfortable, with everything you need. Very clean and well-equipped - large kitchen and lounge areas - very easy to feel at home. There were only two of us but we can see how ideal this villa would be for larger groups and families. The Orphanides supermarket, and a few excellent shops - baker, butcher, greengrocer - were just a couple of minutes away by car towards Paralimni and it was very easy to get in provisions. We visited at the end of the main season, so there were very few people about on the beach at Ayia Triada or at nearby Pernera. Our favourite of all was the nature reserve at Cape Grecko - lovely walks and everything great about the Cypriot climate. Sue and Lance have produced a wonderful holiday location and we couldn't recommend it more highly.

“excellent location” we had a fab time in this villa plenty big enough with lovely views from all rooms of the villa very clean with a very nice welcome pack in walking distance to bars restaurant and beach and only few minutes in the car to other restaurants and beaches my son of 17 loved the xbox!! kept him happy!! lovely terrace bbq and pool area thanks very much for a great week denise collison and family ( 7 of us ) Response: Hi Denise Thank you for your comments, pleased you liked the welcome pack,its good to know that our guests appreciate a glass of wine, beer or just a cuppa when they arrive. “An absolute dream of a place. Something special.” Another fantastic week spent at Atlantis. The location, neighbours, views, local restaurants, and excellent quality of the villa willensure our second visit won't be our last. “Beautiful villa, relaxing surroundings and wonderful sea view” As soon as we had booked the villa Sue and Lance couldn't have been more helpful, as so informative and extremely helpful as were their Managers who looked after the property and pool during our stay. Sue couldn't do enough for us and our every request was met. I even got a wow out of our teenage son when we first arrived at the villa! Very relaxing by day and use of local based Costas (our extremely friendly/helpful taxi driver who we ended up using for whole two weeks was just a few mins drive into the centre of Penera. Close to Golden Coast hotel and also small beach (great for little kids as shallow and steps lead to Golden coast hotel where you can also use their facilities/stop for lunch - (do take the coastal walk along to Sirena Bay bar/restaurant its such a pretty spot which carrys on also to Penera/Protaras. Borders was the local bar about a 5 min walk from the villa and small/friendly supermarket that offered fresh rolls pastry that were also lovely. Recommend fishing trips if in July, you'll be sure to catch a tuna - boat trips from small harbour at Ayia Triada with pretty little church. Recommend yellow submarine trip from Protaras to Cape Greko (leaves around 4pm and cheap/good value - only around $10 and $5 for the kids. There's also a new waterpark in Anastasia hotel in Pernera which will make the older and younger kids happy $15 entrance for all day (and can go in/out of the park, not huge but fun slides). Smaller waterpark also in Pernera bit further up from Mohitos is fun too. Villa itself is extremely well equipped and v. comfortable, plenty of seats inside and out.(plenty of kitchen equipment/bbq - lots of choice for music/extensive dvd library/books and you can take ipod as has docking station, Xbox and xbox 360 in little den at top of stairs or just sit and watch the many boats sail past the villa daily whilst sipping a nice drink. Plenty of toys for the little ones to play with and small paddling pool, besides the pool with roman steps. Villa has lovely balcony also on main bedroom to sit out on (the sea breeze is a lovely welcome on hot sunny days too!). I'd recommend this for families and no steep hills when walking. For dining out definitely try El Gustos (amazing!), Alati by the sea for a special night out and Mohitos is great too (try their Sunday roast as well), El Cavilore also great - plenty of kids entertainment in restaurants/bars - look out for the Blues brothers at bar next to El Gustos, good night's entertainment. Thanks Sue and Lance for a wonderful holiday and we will be back for sure and would recommend this villa - great for family holidays especially. The Halls. Response: Welcome back! “Whatever your expectations - prepare to have Atlantis Villa exceed them!” Was not entirely sure what to expect from Cyprus in general and from Altlantis Villa in particular. What we found was a beautiful Island just a short flight away, with all of our needs catered for through the thoughtful and helpful tips from the Villa's owners and a stay in a top quality extremely well positioned villa. Picked up hire car from recommended source and the forty five minute drive from Larnaca was straightforward and mostly motorway quality roads. Villa was easy to find and instantly recognisable from website photos. Inside is spacious, clean and (given the climate) air-conditioned. We all felt at home straight away. For the kids (12 and 14) an immediate dip in the pool and a chance to relax on the patio were welcome before the serious business of sorting out the X-Box and huge selection of DVDs and deciding where to go and eat started! For the adults - the chance for some peace and quiet in very comfortable surroundings with the odd beer or glass of wine or three (with limes available from the tree just outside the front door)! The roads in Cyprus were all really good making the two minute drive to the local town to buy fresh pastries and local delicacies for breakfast most days simple. Finding the best beaches/places to visit was easy with the instructions given. Although the villa's catering facilites were more than adequate, the main priority for an overworked Mum was to eat out most evenings. There was a vast array of local restaurants (within 10 minute drive) that were easy to reserve tables at and offered a wide variety of local and international produce and most were reasonably priced and offered good value for money. Even ventured into Ayia Napa for a lookaround and a much enjoyed meal at Los Bandidos - quite hospitable given it was October and not crowded at all. Returned from our week away wishing it had been longer and hoping to get back to Atlantis Villa as soon as possible (just need to get my booking in quick so I don't miss out). Sue and Lance - you are so lucky to have such a fantastic, well-positioned property. I would not hesitate to recommend it to friends and family. Thanks for letting us share it with you! “Just what the doctor ordered” Had a wonderful 2 weeks at the villa. Location was great as you could walk out to some lovely bars and restaurants or catch the bus to go further afield. The pool area was fabulous for lounging around and cooling off in the 40 degree heat. Saw some breathtaking coastal views with the bluest water I've ever seen. I would highly recommend the villa, extremely comfortable and a great base, plus almost guaranteed sunshine. Perfect. Response: Thank you for your comments about the Villa and that you enjoyed a relaxing stay. Good that you managed to drag yourselves from the pool, the views and and the Bamboo sunlounger! We stayed at Villa Atlantis and I can honestly say that everything was perfect. Sue & Lance have not overlooked a single thing as regards home from home, from games consoles for the kids to freezer bags for the beach. Hello, I would like to leave some feedback from our recent stay at the Villa Atlantis.
The Villa had every comfort we could have asked for being both stylish and spacious.The location was ideal,particularly for people like our selves who love close proximity to the beach and the sea.
It was the first time that we've been torn between lazing around the pool all day or doing what we normally do on holiday - visit every beach in the area!The information left by other visitors was really useful and we sampled several of the restaurants recommended.
We love Cyrus and will enquire next year if places are available in this great Villa.
