Home description

Blue River is a brand new development two minutes walk from the the centre of Pernera and its beautiful beaches. This luxury first floor apartment is spacious and furnished to a very high standard. There is an open plan lounge with a sofa bed , cloakroom and balcony . There is a fully equipped kitchen and dining area.
There are two bedrooms, a double bedroom with en suite and balcony and twin bedroom with en suite. The lounge and bedrooms are fully air conditioned.

Outside there is a patio area with a 6m x 3m pool shared with the downstairs apartment, if the downstairs apartment is empty you have to yourself. There is a parking space. The downstairs apartment may be available if there are larger groups or if upstairs is full.

The Famagusta District

Here there is something for everyone. The beautiful coast boasts wonderful sandy beaches with the clear turquoise waters of the Mediterranean. There are many Byzantine churches to visit and and a multitude of Archaeological sites. For those of you who like to shop there is plenty in the area to keep you busy, but for more sophisticated shopping you can be in Nicosia within an hour.

The climate is idyllic with all year around sunshine


Protaras / Pernera area

Pernera boasts many beautiful beaches in walking distance of the apartment, There is all manner of water sports including Dive Centres and a water park in the area. There are plenty of restaurants and bars catering for all tastes. Every day needs are taken care of with two supermarkets within two minutes walk . For a change visit the neighbouring larger resort of Protatas which is a fifteen minute walk or couple of minutes by car or taxi. Ayia Napa is a Five minutes car ride..

29 Blue river is a home from home in the sun that can accommodate 4/6 people. It has everything you could want whilst on holiday. The lounge, which has a balcony, is furnished with leather sofas one being a sofa bed. There is a DVD, satellite, and a flat screen TV. The kitchen is well equipped including washing machine. The dining room table will seat six. Both bedrooms have en suite shower rooms and the master has a balcony that overlooks the pool.

Outside there is a patio area with pool which is shared only with the downstairs apartment. If the downstairs apartment is unoccupied then you have it to your selves. There is a parking space.
