The apartment is located on the first floor of a brand new development with an enlightening communal swimming pool at the front. You have the sea view from the very large balcony. It is not overlooked by any other buildings at the back. You can relax watching the vegetable field from the balcony and watch the sea at the far end. The balcony is large enough to have a table and chairs and sun loungers. The property is fully furnished to a high standard with luxury fitted kitchen and bathroom.
The bars, restaurants including chinese and italian, local supermarket, internet cafe, taxi firm and beauty saloons are all within walking distance. You don't need a car to enjoy living in Southern Cyprus, All you have to do is to hire a taxi to enjoy the night life or to go to water parks. Information on places to see, details to enjoy the ameneties and emergency numbers are in a file in the apartment. There are several uncrowded beaches nearby with crystal clear water and great restaurants. The famous Nissi beach is only 10 mins drive from the apartment. Ayia Napa and Protarus are famous for night life, 2 water parks and ferry trips are not far away, all within 10 mins drive.

The apartment is beautifully decorated with a lovely silk curtain in the lounge and black out blinds in the other rooms. The lounge has a 3 seater leather sofa bed, a 2 seator fixed leather sofa, coffee table, lamp table, table lamp, TV DVD housing unit, 32in LCD TV and a DVD. You can enjoy a lot of English programmes, 24 hour film channel and kids channel on the satellte.
The apartment is 87 square metres internally and has a 15 square metres balcony. There is a small sitting area outside the front entrance facing the swimming pool, where you can sit and watch your family enjoying a splash.
Both bedrooms have ample storage space with fitted wardrobed in both. The main bedroom has a lovely dressing table and stool. The lounge and both bedrooms have AC/heating units installed, which operate individually so that you are comfortable in the summer as well as in the winter.

There is a splash pool in addition to the adults swimming pool.
To reserve a booking, a deposit of £100 pw up to 2 weeks booking is required. A deposit of £200 is required for more than 2 weeks booking. If any bookings are made in advance of an year, then a deposit of minimum £200 is required depending on the number of weeks booked. This is a non refundable deposit in the event of any cancellation. Full payment is required 8 weeks prior to arrival.

The original deposit paid to confirm booking will act as a bond against any damages to the property, excessive cleaning or lost keys and will be returned to you by first class post or transferred to your bank account after the inspection of the property by the key holder after your departure.
The Famagusta region
The area is rapidly becoming one of the most popular araes in Cyprus. A beautuful coastline with some incredible sandy beaches and quiet coves. Farmagusta enjoys Cyprus's wonderful climate with around 340 days of sunshine each year. Summer runs from April to October and it is beautifully hot and dry. Winter is mild usually and quite sunny. It is possible to go skiing high up in the Trodos mountains between November and February.
Farmagusta district has become a very popular holiday resort for many different nationalities. Due to strict building regulations, there are no ugly high rise developments here.
The Protaras / Kapparis area
Chromata Lagoon is perfectly placed so that you can either relax on the terrace, go for a swim in the warm sea, lay on the beach or to try out any of the activities around here. There is a mix of local and international restaurants within walking distance all at a great value
Exclusive area of Kapparis is a suburb of Protarus. This is about 8 minutes drive from the apartment. This is a great family resort including plenty of restaurants (and Mac Donalds!) and night life. Watersports and bike hire are available from here.
Peneera is between Kapparis and Protarus, which is mainly occupied by permanantly settled Brish people. This area also offers a great selection of bars and restaurants, all at affordable prices. There is a water park in this area which will keep the children happy.
Aiya Napa is only 10 minutes away by car. It is a very bubbly area for the youngsters who love clubbing, but it is also very family friendly. A huge water park is also situated here and is a must for all the family. The famous Nis Beach and several other beautiful beaches are in this area. Lots of water sports facilities are available on these beaches.
Paralimni is authentic Cyprus, with locals going about life much as they have for centuries. The Paralimni square always buzzle with locals and tourists visiting and enjoying the numerous bars around here as well as various boutiques including Marks and Spensor. The bars serve great coffees, lattes, cocktails and superb tapas menu. There is a beautiful church in the centre of the square.
Just couth of Protarus is the wide undeveloped penninsula of Cape Greko. This is worth a visit for a stroll in the afternoon on the beach. A wealth of rare flora and fauna, dramatic rock shapes with sea caves and stunning views make this area an excellant place for walkers. The beach here is miles of white sand. Ther is also a small fishing lane where you can watch the locals bring in the catch of the day. It is very beautiful to sit down and watch the sun go down while you are eating the fresh fish and having a glass of wine in the traditional fish restaurant

We spent a marvellous holiday in this appartment, we came with 2 young children- 2 years and 4 years old and it was comfortable to live with them there. There is everything for your stay. when i contacted the owner of the appartment, very nice and kind woman Radha, she gave me so many useful information about the places to go and where is better. Very nice man Kevin who met us at the airport, he helped me out to visit the supermarket and the area of the island. Very nice swimming pools where we could spend our time during the day. The weather was perfect all 10 days of our stay, the water at sea is very warm, the beach is wonderful, clear. So I highly recommend this appartment to everyone!) Cyprus is wonderful place!
