The luxury Villa is located just a few minutes’ walk from the beach and amazing fishing bay, in the well sought after area of pernera. Quiet and peaceful, yet only five minutes from the world renound fig-tree bay, the villa has easy access to all amenities, and many excellent restaurants for eating out.

The villa benefits from its own private pool, with a shallow end perfect for the children. Leading from the living room is a spacious viranda, furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. With one double and one twin bedroom, the villa is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

Please ensure your have adequate Insurance cover as the owners will not be liable for any loss or damage to your own goods, personal injury/illness, or sadly death during your stay.

At the hottest times of year electricity usage will be monitored to ensure that air conditioning is not left on whilst the villa is unoccupied or whilst external doors or windows are open. Excessive use will result in an additional charge at the owners discretion.

Guests are requested to shower before entering the swimming pool to wash off oily sunscreen as this leaves a build up around the pool and is difficult for the pool cleaners to disperse due to the waterproof ingredients. A charge will be deducted from your refund, if an additional pool clean is required before the entry of the next guests

The Famagusta region

Cyprus boasts of blue sky and sunshine 360 days of the year. While the summers are hot with temperatures regularly in the 80s and 90s the winters are mild with temperatures in the low 70s up until Xmas January and February the temperature drops to 50s and 60s with the occassional rainy day. It is not unusual for temperatures to reach the 70s at this time of year but the days are short.

The crystal clear sea and the golden sandy beaches of the Famagusta area gently embrace the eastern corner of the island with the popular resort of Protaras a veritable paradise for anyone who loves the sea and water sports or simply relaxing on the beach. Within a few minutes driving distance from Protaras is the beautiful harbour of Ayia Napa and the medieval monastery in the middle of the town. Also to be seen are the windmills and small churches of the surrounding villages including the beautiful church of Profitis Elias at the top of a rocky hill, and not to be missed the picturesque fishing refuge at Potamos Liopetriou with its varied selection of coffee shops and fish tavernas.

The Protaras / Pernera area

Protaras is a major tourist resort and together with its beautiful beaches, luxury hotels, restaurants and sohisticated night life, has become one of the most famous holiday destinations in the Med.

The larger town of Paralimni is a ten minute drive and offers a varied combination of local tavernas, traditional and modern shopping facilities, and a huge variety of cafe-bars. The town square in Paralimni is dominated by two beautiful churches which attract visitors in their hundreds.

“Excellent location and facilities” We travelled to Cyprus for our daughter's wedding in September 2011 - we needed somewhere close to Protaras but wanted somewhere away from the hustle and bustle. The villa is perfectly placed as it was only a 20 minute walk from Capo Bay where they got married yet there were plenty of shops and bars close by. We hired a car due to weddng arrangements but this is not necessary. The beach is less than ten minutes away and five minutes gets you to the shops and bars. The villa was everything we hoped for. It was clean and comfortable and the pool was perfect for those very hot sunny days. We will certainly consider using the villa again as we hope to return to Cyprus sometime later on in 2012.
