The Famagusta District
Country ideal for those sun kissed sun tans, with beautifully hot sunny days... Cyprus is known as the island of love and boast so many qualities that it is unbelievable. Unraveled beauties lie in Cyprus amongst the beautiful crystal clear Mediterranean waters and stretches of sandy beaches you will discover amazing churches, caves and Greek monuments that will never seas to amaze.
The traditional language is Cypriot although most people speak English as well. If you venture in to the older towns you will see many older men, sitting with friends, playing the local game of 'tavli' also known as backgammon and drinking 'frappe' which is like a cold coffee. They sit and watch the world go by and you won’t be able to stop and look in amazement.
Protaras / Ayia Triada area
Ayia Triada is a small area under the Protaras umbrella, it is situated between Protaras / Pernera and Kapparis. Ayia Triada was a small fishing village, now home to many and holiday resort for many others.
The area is built around the Ayia Triada beach, which is where it takes its name. The beach is sandy and is overlooked by Ayia Triada Church, a traditional church very quaint and relaxing surrounded by palm trees. There is also a small harbor here, with traditional blue and white fishing boats adding to the scenery.
Next to Ayia Triada is Kapparis, with plenty of bars and restaurants, there is an Italian, lots of Greek / Cypriot taverns, a Tea room, wine lounge / bar, bakery with lots of traditional finger bits, plus close by is Orphanides a large supermarket for any necessities.
The villa is close to Kapparis and Paralimni is a very short car ride away, with lots of character and culture and plenty of cafes to watch the world go by. Protaras is only about a 5 minute drive away for lots of excitements, and Ayia Napa only a 15minute drive.
How to get there
ABOUT THE AIRPORTS IN CYPRUS:
There are two main airports in Cyprus, Paphos and Larnaca. When you book flights Larnaca airport is the closest to the villa. It will take you about 40 - 45minutes to drive or take a taxi to the villa.
HIRING A CAR:
We can arrange car hire for you to be waiting at the airport to meet you, we will provide you with directions to the local area and give you a meeting point reference so that you can meet a representative to show you to the villa. This stops you having the hasstle of finding the villa on your own. Alternatively, you can hire cars online prior to your arrival or at the airport.
TRANSFERS AND TAXIS
There are taxi facilities at the airport for you should you require a taxi. However, we can arrange all of this for you, from big groups to smaller couples we have mini buses and taxis that will wait for you outside the airport and bring you to the property.
AIRLINES AND WEBSITES TO USE:
Our main airline is Cyprus airways but most airlines now fly to Larnaca. Easy jet and monarch are now very popular choices allong with british airways and budget airlines. www.skyscanner.net or www.flythomascook.com have come up with some good search results.
It can sometimes work out more cost effective (if flying from UK) to fly from Heathrow and the flights are scheduled so you are less likely to get delays to ruin your holidays... Plus book in advance, if possible before the end of the year, the tickets are much cheaper.

Further details indoors: The living room, has two sofas and is situated close to the patio doors so keeping an eye on the kids isnt a problem. The kitchen is slightly separate from the dining and living room and again the dining room has balcony doors for a summer breeze... with plenty of moden appliances...
The bedrooms all have built in wardrobes, bedside tables and air conditioing / heating units. The master bedroom has a balcony over looking the pool area as well.
Further details outdoors: The private pool is at the back of the villa with fences so you can soak up the sun with plenty of privacy whilst the BBQ sizzles away in the background.
With plenty of sunbeds, you can relax and work on the tan whilst the children splash around in the cool swimming pool.
