About the home

Our two bedroomed villa sleeps up to 7 people, one double bedroom, one twin room plus double sofabed in the lounge and I can also accommodate a camp bed if required. Our villa is equipped with all the amenties required to enjoy your perfect holiday. Indoor and outdoor dining areas for enjoying that hot, sunny evening but also just 10 minutes walk away from your local bars and restaurants to enjoy that relaxing evening out.

The Golden Coast beach and picturesque fishing harbour are just 5 minutes walk away. Nearby there is a basketball court and garden area, plus all that swimming in your own private pool. So there is enough to keep the whole family busy.

If there are two families travelling together and you require two villas next door to each other, please ask as we are friends with our neighbours and I can arrange for you both to be in the perfect location next door to each other.

Our villa is fully air conditioned and comprises of a lounge/dining area which has two sofas/bed settee. There is a Satellite TV which includes a PS2/DVD/CD player and also a small selection of games/DVDs/CDs. There is a dining table with seating for up to 6 people.

The kitchen is beautifully finished to a high standard and includes all your mod cons such as toaster, kettle, microwave, electric oven/hob, washing machine, fridge/freezer and all the cutlery and crockery required for a very comfortable stay. The kitchen leads to a lovely veranda next to the poolside.

The bathroom is fully tiled and has a bath with overhead shower, w/c and sink with storage. There is also a downstairs w/c.

The main bedroom is at the front of the property with patio doors which lead to the balcony where you have a view of the sea and has seating where you can enjoy that morning cup of tea. There is a king size bed and also fitted double wardrobes, bedside cabinet and dressing table. This room has a beautiful apex wooden ceiling with lighting and also has air conditioning.

The second bedroom has twin beds this also has fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinet and again has a beautiful apex wooden ceiling with lighting and air conditioning.

A COT AND HIGHCHAIR CAN BE PROVIDED FOR THOSE TRAVELLING WITH A BABY AT NO EXTRA COST.

In our garden you will find our fantastic pool which has just been re-lined to a much higher quality than other pools in the area. Our garden has a dining area with seating for 6 people and sun loungers for you to relax in that glorious Cyprus heat but there is also a Gazebo for anyone wanting a bit of shade and we also have fencing around our garden to give you that extra privacy.

Our garden has been finished off to a very high standard with shingle, rockery and plants to the front and side of the villa and the rear of the villa is covered with astro turf for you to relax on the sun loungers and dining area. We also have a large BBQ for our guests to use.

The Famagusta region

Cyprus is an ideal place to go for that yearly holiday that we all so look forward to. A country where you can get fantastic weather from April to late October ideal for those looking for sun kissed sun tans. Cyprus hosts such beautiful crystal clear Mediterranean waters and stretches of sandy beaches where you will discover amazing churches, caves and Greek monuments that will never seize to amaze. In Cyprus you are lucky that most people speak English and the Cypriot people are so welcoming to all nationalities. It is such a wonderful country that you will want to return to time and time again.....

The Protaras / Pernera area

Protaras is such a wonderful part of Cyprus for both families and couples alike. It is famous for its beautiful Fig Tree Bay plus you will find such a choice of shops, restaurants and bars (many with Sky sports on TV) for those holidaymakers missing their home comforts.

Pernera is part of Protaras and is just a 25 minute walk away or a few minutes in a taxi. Pernera has the most beautiful harbour which is situated alongside the Golden Coast Beach for you to soak in all that glorious Cyprus sun, this is just a 5 minute walk away. There are such a variety of restaurants for you to pick from, they include Chinese, Indian, Italian, Steakhouses and of course the local cuisine and many bars for you to wash all that wonderful food down with and all of this is only a 10 minute walk away. You will be totally spoilt for choice.....

In Protaras there is a small waterpark for the younger children but for the more adventurous there is the main waterpark in Ayia Napa which is just a 15 minute taxi or bus ride away. A car isn't necessary but if you want to venture out then there is a bus stop right outside the complex.

“Didn't want to leave” The villa was lovely, very comfortable, spotlessly clean, very well equipped. Very central to the beach, bars and restaurants.Had a fantastic pool and covered outside dining area. There are many great places to eat all within a 10 minute stroll. The villa is identical to the description on the holiday lettings website. Would definately visit again and also recommend to all our family and friends. Again.....we did not want to leave.

“Fantastic” I would like to thank Debbie for the use off her Villa, we had a fantastic 3 weeks. We were very impressed with taxi service Debbie arranged on are arrival to Cyprus. The Villa was so clean it was like home from home, the bars and restaurant about 10min walk. Fig Tree Bay beach i would recommend it's a must, Vall looks after Debbie's Villa she was so helpful and kind lovely lady Debbie. The swimming pool was so inviting as it was so hot,

Hi Debbie, just a note to say the villa is lovely, clean, great location and a pleasure to stay in. The arrangement with Val was great aswell. We had fab weather and arriving back with a tan. Also the location of the villa with regards to being south facing... Hi Debbie, we had a really good time at your villa. Your villa is superb it had everything we needed for our stay. The pool area was great, we had the sun all day and it was nice and private. The pick up service from your friend Val was also very good and we would recommend this to other visitors unless they are hiring a car. On arrival the villa was spotless, very clean and the welcome pack was a nice touch. The location is excellent, shops and restaurants of Pernera are very close. We enjoyed walking through the village of Pernera down to the beach and then along the prom to Protaras which only took 25 minutes, a really enjoyable walk.
