The Famagusta District
Protaras is located on the east coast of Cyprus with the BEST BEACHES on the Island.The climate in Cyprus is the best in the med with temperatures in JULY/AUGUST hitting 40 degrees and night time temperatures only dropping to about 30 degrees.Cyprus in OCTOBER is alot warmer than other med resorts with many days above 85 degrees and you are still able to swim in the sea till late november.
There are many places to visit on the east coast Ayia Napa which has one of the largest water parks in europe only a 15 minute drive from the villa.Further afield LARNACA is a 45 minute drive away,TROODOS MOUNTAINS approx 2 hour drive away.For golf fanatics make your way over to secret valley and aphrodite hills located outside paphos approx 1 and three quarter hours drive away.Should you wish to travel over to the north of cyprus the border at vrysoulles is located a 20 minute drive from the villa."KYRENIA " in the north of cyprus is well wotrh a visit with its pictureque port and quaint fish restaurants

FIG TREE BAY and its beautiful beaches are located a 15 minute stroll from the villa.Well woth a visit is the quaint working town of "PARALIMNI" open year round with plenty to see and plenty of places of interest.The smaller resorts of Pernera,Kapparis,Capo Greco are all within easy reach of the villa.

This is a spacious villa inside and out with many extras provided for.The villa is fully air-conditioned throughout and guests are REMINDED NOT TO LEAVE AIRCONDITIONING UNITS ON WHEN going out of the villa as this can increase costs on your behalf.Once inside the villa it takes only 3 minutes to cool down a room once the air conditioning is operational.An Electric bbq is located to the outside of the villa for your personnal use

There is a supplement of £25.00 per week for air-conditioning to be added to the weekly rental rates. We can provide you with all your nursery items ie,travel cot, highchair, stairgates etc please ask at time of booking a small supplement applies for the hiring of nursery equipment.
It is NOT OUR POLICY to accept single sex parties under the age of 25,should an exception be made then a substanial breakages deposit would be required. Transfers to and from LARNACA AIRPORT can be arranged for you please ask for prices at time of booking

Upon booking of this villa you will be required to complete our standard booking form for ALL GUESTS staying in the villa.A £350.00 deposit is required with the balance due 8 weeks before departure.
