3 bedroom detached beautiful modern villa with private heated swimming pool in the pretty resort of Pernera. Perfect for families and couples wanting to be close to amenities but not always wanting to drive. The villa sleeps 6 with 1double and 2 twin bedrooms. Furnished in a contemporary style, offering guests comfortable and luxurious surroundings in which to relax and enjoy a wonderful holiday.

Open plan lounge/dining area provides seating for 6 with comfortable, modern furniture, TV, DVD, CD, PS2 games console and satellite with 2000 channels (incl ALL sports, news & movies) . The well equipped kitchen has fan oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine. All bedrooms have large wardrobes and comfortable beds. Towels are provided, weekly maid service and linen change.

The Famagusta District

The Villa is situated in the resort of Pernera, a pretty little town situated between Protaras and Paralimni. Situated close to the sea, a leisurely stroll will take you the beautiful sandy beaches of Pernera only 100m away. Walk further along the golden coastline and you will find the beautiful Fig Tree Bay famous for its fantastic golden sand and crystal clear water. Watersports lovers can enjoy a huge range of activities here.


Protaras area

Cape Greko is a 10 minute drive away and is famed for its national park, a wonderful beauty spot not to be missed. Further along the coast is Konnos Bay and Ayia Napa with its pretty marina, beautiful beaches, restaurants, bars and nightlife galore. The villa is a 200 Meter walk to the resort centre with an excellent choice of restaurants, bars and shops. Protaras is a 20 min walk away and the main town of Paralimni with traditional and modern shopping facilities and 2 beautiful churches is a 10 minute drive away. This is an excellent resort for all ages.

Beach, supermarket, restaurants including traditional ghreek tavernas, indian, chinese, english, italian and spanish, bars, car/bike hires, bank/cash point and much more are approx 200 metres away.

This Villa offers a 4 seater Hot Tub Jacuzzi but will not be active until the electricity board upgrades the input to 3 Phase supply. Please check for updates. The Villa also includes a intruder alarm offering zone settings for extra piece of mind. The Villa has 22 small blue LED counter sunk lights that surround the swimming pool. These are timed to turn on at sun set and go off at sun rise. The external boundary walls and front palm trees are also illuminated with LED lights that are controlled by timers for ease and peace of mind.


Conditions
