Luxury Villa 156 This beautiful villa sits in a prime position in Pernera, being only a few minutes stroll to the many shops, bars and restaurants. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac the villa has gated off-road parking. The garden, including pool and hot tub is the perfect place for relaxation. Three mature palm trees stand proud in the front patios and add partial shade and privacy.
This property will amaze you with its splendor, furnished superbly throughout with a wonderful mixture of up to the minute furnishings and decorations. A black and white theme runs throughout the property. Relax in the cool air conditioning on the large comfortable black leather corner sofa with zebra pattern throws and decorative sequined scatter cushions. Enjoy watching the satellite channels on the flat screen TV, and rest your refreshing drink on the convenient black coffee table. The children can keep themselves entertained with the PS2 (please bring your own games) and the Nintendo Wii (Games not provided) or connect to the villa’s free WiFi. The decorative vases and flowers add a true touch of class. A window with blinds faces the front of the property.
The dining area boasts a frosted glass and chrome dining table and 6 leather style chairs to enjoy your family meals together. A window with blind looks to the side of the property and patio doors with a blind lead to the stunning pool and rear patios. The ground floor also has a convenient w/c with a useful vanity mirror.
Prepare your meals or drinks in the fully equipped kitchen complete with matching silver appliances, which include, fridge freezer, washing machine, electric oven and hob and microwave. A window (above the stainless steel sink) with blind, offers views over the open field to the side of the property. The kitchen surface extends into a convenient breakfast bar with 2 stools, perfect to enjoy breakfast or a quick snack.
Step out of the patio doors onto the private patio where you can enjoy al fresco dining, a large glass table and 6 chairs are provided. Two parasols and bases are provided for shade if required. Enjoy soaking up the glorious Cypriot sunshine on the sunbeds provided. Through the long, hot summer days enjoy cooling off in the large private pool with waterfall feature and roman steps. (Optional pool heating is also available as a chargeable extra) Decorative terracotta pots and palm plants add to the tropical holiday feel. A private hot tub jacuzzi is the perfect place to unwind and relax; Outdoor lighting and led floor spotlighting make the spacious outdoor area a delight even in the evenings. A shower completes your outdoor facilities.
Stairs complete with chrome handrail lead to the property’s first floor where there are 2 twin bedrooms, 1 double bedroom and a large family bathroom with shower over bath, a vanity mirror complete with shaving socket and handy under sink storage for your toiletries.
All three bedrooms have bedside cabinets with lamps, fitted wardrobes, windows with blinds, full-length mirrors and air conditioning.
The master double bedroom benefits from patio doors to the front of the property, which leads onto a private balcony. A dressing table with trendy patterned stool, handy storage unit and hairdryer are provided, there is also an ensuite shower room.
One of the twin rooms has patio doors leading to a balcony to the side of the property with views of the fields nearby.
The second twin room has two large windows with blinds overlooking the pool area.

Situated close to the sea, a leisurely stroll will take you the beautiful sandy beaches of Pernera only 100 metres away. Walk further along the golden coastline and you will find the beautiful Fig Tree Bay famous for its fantastic golden sand and crystal clear water. Watersports lovers can enjoy a huge range of activities here.

About Pernera
There are a few sandy beaches in this area, the most popular being the Marlita beach which is just a 10 minute stroll from the villa. This beach has all the amenities you will need from sun beds and parasols to watersports for the more energetic. The beach is golden sand with crystal clear shallow water, ideal for children and a favorite for snorkeling and scuba diving. Pernera has a lot to offer the holidaymaker with a variety of shops to browse and restaurants to suit all tastes. The local bars all welcome children and offer sky sports daily and nightly entertainment. There is a small water park just a short walk away, which is suitable for younger children. A stroll along the coastline from the brand new boardwalk is a must taking in the breathtaking views of the crystal clear waters.

Located in one of the nicest parts of Cyprus, the villa was perfect for me & my young family. It's fully equipped catering for all ages, but would also be suitable for a couple. The local beaches are idyllic. Located near enough to bars & restaurants, but we were not disturbed by the nightlife. You have the best of both worlds... you can opt for a relaxing family holiday but the night life is there if you want it. The villa is clean, well presented and equipped to a high standard. All mod cons are included. Overall, I was very impressed and I would highly recommend it! |

We took a week in Protaras and had a great time here. The villa was spotless when we arrived and it tastefully decorated. It is located away from the main road so it's quiet. You can get to the beach in 4 minutes but the villa has a great pool so we didn't go too often. There is plenty of room inside and out. The hottub was a scream. The kitchen was well equipped. There are quite a few restaurants near by so we didn't cook too often. I'd highly recommend it and will certainly be back next year. Response: Many thanks for your kind words.
