The luxuary Villa is ideal for a family or a group of eight sharing. located in Pernera approx 1 mile north of Protaras. It is a 10 min walk from the “Golden Coast Beach” with a small local harbour and the famous Golden Coast hotel resort. It is 5 min walk in the other direction to the many restraints and bars of Pernera.
The Lounge Area has sofa bed, which seats three and opens to double bed size, and a further two seated sofa. The large screen television receives satellite television and has a DVD player.

The Famagusta District
Cyprus while perhaps best know to holiday makers for it beautiful climate is soaked in so much more than sun. The culture and heritage of the island have been formed over its thousands of years of rich history and it will become apparent very quickly to any visitor that its many ancient inhabitants were attracted by more than its strategic location.
The rich, dark, fertile, soils of the Famagusta district combined with the Mediterranean climate mean you are likely to encounter local farmers harvesting all year round. It is also home to the best beaches on the Island, with a string of sandy beaches along its cost line each with its own unique character and charm.
Cape Gkreko is a protected nature reserve on the very South East corner of the island and is home to many unique animals and plants. A short drive away are the pine forested Troodos mountains which are dotted with small local Cypriot villages populated by hospital and welcoming locals (most of whom speak English) each offering its own individual experience.
In short when you have soaked up enough of the Mediterranean sun there are a multitude of options to stimulate every taste.
Protaras / Pernera area
Pernera is 1 mile north of Protaras and offers everything you could ask for in a holiday destination without being to loud or overbearing. Its has a vast range of restraints providing good value, quality cuisine from around the globe as well as some fine traditional Cypriot establishments (the Fish Meze is a must). The many themed bars in Pernera offer something for everyone’s taste.
The area offers everything from car hire to water sports (in the Med or at the local water part) or a very short walk to several fantastic beaches if you simply want to bask in the sun. The area offers an ideal family holiday destination with a wide variety of activities and children are welcomed everywhere. However for those more interested in the nightclubbing scene it is a ten-minute taxi ride to the world famous Ayia Napa.

Various airlines fly to Larnaca from the UK including Easyjet, Monarch, Cyprus Airways, British Airways, Helios Airways, Olympus, Czech Airways and Thomas Cook.
