About the home

This is a 3 bedroomed Villa, with en suite in 2 bedrooms. Heating for winter breaks, and heated swimming pool. Small terraces, lovely fenced and landscaped garden. Just walk outside and around the development and you can be on the beach or in local restaurants and shops within 2-5 mins. Close to major resorts Protaras, and Ayia Napa (20mins). Very relaxed for all to enjoy. Especially well enjoyed by last Summer's guests. Now upgraded with many child friendly extras, SAFETY POOL COVER. Extra luxury features. Electronic games etc.

The Famagusta region

Cyprus enjoys almost year round sunshine. So ideal for late or early holidays.
You can freely travel to the North of the Island, and enjoy the quieter life, and undeveloped beaches and scenery. It will take a 20 minute drive from the villa to the border at Vrysoulles where you will need your passport to cross - towns such as Famagusta and the beautiful harbour town of Kyrenia are well worth a visit. Or in the centre of the island, you can visit the mountains of Troodos – snow in Winter!
The Town of Nicosia is located an hours’ drive from the villa and again well worth a visit to see the many historical sites and large shopping areas scattered around this large town. You can cross over to North Cyprus here too.

The Protaras / Pernera area

Crystal Lagoon is ideal for couples, families and friends looking for luxury accommodation close to beaches and amenities.
This luxurious 5* 3 bed villa has its own private heated pool.
Situated by the sea, (well almost – its 2 minute walk around the front of the development), it is also ‘next door’ to several local shops and restaurants. There is a partial sea view. The beach is sandy and very popular. You will find all kinds of watersport facilities such as wind-surfing, water skiing, para sailing, canoe and paddle boats as well as speed boat rentals. The sandy coves around Pernera are perfect for snorkelling and scuba diving and really safe for children due to the shallow and clear waters.

A 2 minute walk will also take you into the heart of Pernera to the bars and shops and attractions of this beautiful resort. Pernera is smaller and quieter than Protaras and there's a very tranquil side to the region, too, namely Cape Greko which has a rugged coastline and some beautiful coves. For those wishing to go into central Protaras this is approx a 25-30minute walk, or a 5 min local bus ride. Protaras has vibrant night-life! Protaras has 16 kilometres of coastline and offers splendid Blue Flag beaches as well as watersport and scuba diving facilities (the famous Fig Tree Bay is located here).
Should you wish to visit one of the largest water parks in Europe this is located in Ayia Napa which is approx 20 minutes drive from the villa although local transport i.e. local buses and taxis are readily available, this is a fantastic action packed day out for all ages.

The area adjoins a National Forest Park, an area of great natural beauty, a world away from the busier resorts.
It really is convenient for an all round holiday, without car hire. However, they drive on the left, and driving is easy for UK travellers.
The villa includes everything you could possibly need for a stress-free and enjoyable stay.

“Fantastic vacation, you'll love your stay there” Overall we had a great time. The property proved better than expected and at a very reasonable price. The facilities in the villa were more than adequate for our group of 5. Ample space in the living room with fully equipped bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Also the pool was very good with comfy chairs. Location: Since it is situated in a quiet side road, by other villas, you can enjoy privacy in a relaxing atmosphere. Nevertheless, local supermarkets and nice, local, pub-restaurants are less than a 5 minute walk away, which is very convenient. Also, the main tourist beaches, of the area, are not that far and it takes just a 10-15 minute drive to get there. Best: The place itself! For the few nights of stay we definitely enjoyed ourselves. Also if you're not in the mood of going out, having a barbecue by the pool proved to be a great way to spend a night. Least: Nothing really. It's just a wonderful place to spend your holiday.

“Great time ever had with family” it was great 3 day spend it with my family who is coming to cyprus for holiday , and protaras very nice city to stay , we had very good time in the villa , spicially the villa new and comfortable and big and close to beach , market and resturant , we might have another holiday at same place as we were happy there .

“Excellent accommodation with beach, etc all close by” Just returned from a two week stay. 2 families with 3 teenage children between us. The Villa is superb with all facilities you could need, including air conditioning, washing machine and dishwasher, etc - a real home from home. Pool was excellent and much needed given the high temperatures. The villa is located within walking distance (5 mins) of lovely beach with watersports for the kids and several restaurants/bars/shops (2 mins) - there is loads of choice for where to eat with every budget catered for. We walked along the new seafront boardwalk to Protaras (approx 30 mins) which is beautiful on an evening with several tavernas/restaurants located on the way. Alternatively, the bus service to Protaras/Aya Napa is excellent value at only 1 Euro each and the service runs until approx 3.00 am. All in all, an excellent holiday and the owner could not have been more helpful.

“Amazing villa, better than expected!” Couldn't have asked for anything better. The villa is even nicer than on the pictures, great location.The pool is a good size and gets sun all day long. The booking of the villa was easy and the owners arranged good price transfers from the airport too.

“Excellent detached villa – great for families.” We stayed at the villa for three weeks and loved it. The villa has fans and air conditioning in all living areas and bedrooms. The kitchen is well fitted out and the dishwasher is great for Dads who like the easy option. The pool is fine and is viewable from the living room. Fresh bed linen on a weekly basis would have been good – but the washing machine is easy to use. Overall, a great villa in a perfect location.
