The balcony boasts peaceful panoramic sea views and views of the famous Famagusta ghost town. The sunsets are spectacular from the balcony.
A large communal pool (unheated) with changing room facilities is available to use and is situated at the rear of the property on ground level. There is a designated ground level car park space which can keep your car cool. Access to the property is either by stairs or by the lift.

The Famagusta region


Paralimni is the nearest town to the apartment, it is a very up and coming cosmopolitan area. It has many select coffee houses, cocktail bars, restaurants, tavernas and many designer boutiques. Paralimni Town is a must on your holiday agenda to visit, if you like sipping iced cappuccinos and watching the world go by in the day or the evening and only taking a brisk five minute walk from the apartment. Market stalls can also be found here, most popular in the evening showing off all the tastes of fresh Cyprus produce. Paralimni also has a 24hour bakery which is very popular and is a two minute drive away. They specialise not only in bread but amazing biscuits, cakes and croissants for breakfast, once tried I guarantee you will be back for more. The local supermarket which is a two minute drive away, is Orphanides, here you will find all your shopping requirements from Ouzzo to sun cream.
