Located between Protaras and Cape Greco, this brand new villa - just released for the 2008 season - is located within a stylish and secure gated development in a spectacular coastal location. The villa has been designed to offer an exclusive sense of privacy and relaxation.
Villa Fotini is furnished throughout to a very high standard with marble floors downstairs, stylish leather sofas and many extras to make your holiday a great success. The dining area has a beautiful marble table and stunning chandelier that creates a romantic setting for those special occasions and the patio doors open directly onto the area by the pool. The marble staircase leads to three individually designed bedrooms, two of which have fabulous sea views. The master bedroom is en suite and has a king size bed and patio doors leading onto its own balcony from where you can enjoy the stunning sunrise with views out to sea. The gold room has a double bed and the colourful red room has twin beds.
The plasma TV and satellite receiver provide hundreds of TV and radio channels to choose from, or you can watch a DVD or try your hand using the fantastic Nintendo Wii games console. MP3/Ipod speakers are provided in the sitting room and master bedroom and the villa has a local mobile phone provided for your use during your stay. High speed wi-fi internet access is also provided.
With Villa Fotini not only are you able to enjoy beautiful sea views - you also have direct access to the shoreline, which is popular for snorkelling and scuba diving (you will find two sets of snorkelling gear in the villa for your use).
The location is superb, great for walkers as the nature trail follows the shore line past Cyclops cave, with breathtaking views all the way down to Konnos beach. A family orientated beach, with cafe, plenty of golden sand, calm crystal clear turquoise waters, and water sports set amongst the greenery of Cape Greco itself. Plus within 1.5km you are in Protaras where you can enjoy the culture with Greek dancing beside the waterfalls or enjoy more of an upbeat atmosphere and head off into Ayia Napa itself.

A country ideal for those sun kissed sun tans, with beautifully hot sunny days... Cyprus is known as the island of love and boasts so many qualities that it is unbelievable. Unrivalled beauty lies in Cyprus, amongst the crystal clear Mediterranean waters and stretches of sandy beaches you will discover pretty churches, caves and Greek monuments that will never cease to amaze.
The traditional language is Cypriot although most people also speak English. If you venture into the older towns you will see many older men, sitting with friends, playing the local game of 'tavli' also known as backgammon and drinking 'frappe' which is like a cold coffee. They just sit and watch the world go by…..
Protaras / Cape Greko area
Protaras has many great bars and restaurants offering great entertainment and food for families, couples and groups of friends. There is so much choose from. Within only a few minutes by taxi or car, you could be in Protaras and within a 6minute drive you are in Ayia Napa. What more could you want, close to the beach, bars and restaurants and so close to the clubs and entertainment of Ayia Napa and the resort of Protaras...
Plus there is a great water park in Ayia Napa ideal for family days out, and many cycling paths to get you about. In winter, there is a ski resort only a few hours drive away, ski in the morning and sunbath in the afternoon... sounds good!!!
Cape Greco is a stunning and quiet area with a variety of restaurants and cafes, shops and water sports.
How to get there
There are two main airports in Cyprus, Paphos and Larnaca. When you book flights Larnaca airport is the closest to the villa.

Fly Monarch has summer sales now for next year’s tickets, some for under £100. Euro Cyp Holidays is a company based in London that is also good for flights telephone 0208 802 7255.
It can sometimes work out more cost effective (if flying from UK) to fly from Heathrow and the flights are scheduled so can be more reliable. Plus book in advance, if possible before the end of the year, the tickets are much cheaper.

The colour scheme throughout has been carefully chosen to create a soothing atmosphere. With ground marble floors keeping the villa cool you can lie back on the leather sofas and enjoy a glass of wine, choose from hundreds of television channels via the satellite receiver or watch a DVD. If you open up the large patio doors you can enjoy the cool summer breeze and look across the pool area and garden to the shoreline.
When dinner is ready, relax at the marble dinner table under the chandelier, put your ipod / mp3 player in the cradle provided and listen to your favourite music over an enjoyable meal. After dinner you can play the fantastic Nintendo Wii games console, watch a DVD or play a board game from the many provided.
Moving upstairs, the master bedroom is waiting for you, open up the shutters and look out to the turquoise waters and the palm trees swaying gently back and forth. The master bedroom has a king size bed, with bedside tables and table lamps, a chest of draws, mirror and modern wicker chair, built in wardrobes, air conditioning and an en suite shower room and toilet as well. The other two bedrooms both also have built in wardrobes, shutters and air conditioning and consist of twin beds in the red room, with bedside table and lamp to match and a double bed in the gold room with bedside tables and lamps to match the theme. The bed linen is 100% luxury Egyptian cotton percale and pillows and protectors have the British Allergy Foundation seal of approval. Along with this there are plenty of luxury towels for your use and duvet sets from the same collection in case you feel a little chilly in the cooler months.
Further details outdoors: Imagine lazing beside the pool and enjoying sea views like this... the BBQ sizzling away in the background, everyone getting an even tan with enough sun beds for each person. The large glass table and 6 chairs with sun umbrella provide a great place to eat al fresco and there is small table for beside the sun chairs to pop your ice cool drink on whilst you take a gentle swim in the private pool. Also on the development is a well equipped children's play area with swings etc to keep the young ones happy.
With direct access to the shore line it is ideal for scuba diving or snorkelling and there are two sets of snorkelling equipment provided in the villa. 30% payable upon booking but then nothing else until four weeks prior to arrival. Holding bond required upon arrival. everything is included in the price apart from the mobile phone which is pay as you go and can be toped up from local shops. Smokers are welcome but smoking is not permited inside the villa.
Conditions
Our service is “spot on” we personally meet you in the local area any time you arrive day or night. We can assist in car hire throughout your stay or transfers for you to get from the airport to the villa and back again at the end of your stay.
Whilst you are enjoying your holiday, should you need anything a member of our team can be contact 24hours a day 7 days a week to assist you. Within the villa there is plenty of information to help you make the most of your stay in Cyprus.

We stayed in this villa as it was being finished, wow it was amazing, the Nintendo wii made for a great family night in the villa and we thoroughly enjoyed a BBQ beside the pool.
