Further details indoors: The main entrance leads into a spacious lounge area with open plan dining room and kitchen. There are two large comfortable leather sofas around a coffee table with dining table and chairs to sit six plus satellite television, DVD player and music system.
The luxury fitted kitchen has a full range of appliances and with its lighting options creates a cosy and atmospheric setting to both relax and dine. Next to the stairs is a small shower room with toilet and from the lounge area there are double sliding patio doors leading out to the terrace and swimming pool. Underneath the stairs is a small storage area where the barbecue can be stored when not in use. On the first floor is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom plus two other bedrooms with twin beds in each and a combined shower room and toilet.
All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets and the en-suite bedroom also has full length sliding windows. There is air conditioning throughout and all flooring is marble.
Further details outdoors: The patio doors in the lounge give way to the swimming pool and sunbathing terrace with barbecue area, outdoor table, 6 chairs and 4 sun loungers.
The surrounds of the villa are laid to attractive garden and fenced for privacy.

Discounts are available for bookings of more than 2 consecutive weeks.
All rentals are 4pm Saturday to 10am Saturday. Part rental periods are subject to availability and are pro-rata to weekly rate, however we recognise the difficulty of arranging flights at certain times of the year and will be as flexible as possible on dates.
We can arrange airport transfers and car hire - we recommend this.
A reservation deposit of 25% is required for bookings more than 16 weeks in advance and 50% when between 8 and 16 weeks in advance. Payment of the total rental amount is required 8 weeks in advance of the rental start date.
PLEASE NOTE: RENTAL BOOKINGS ARE NOT FINAL UNTIL THE RESERVATION DEPOSIT IS RECEIVED.
A £250 deposit is required with payment of the final amount, to cover any breakages, damage to property, lost keys etc. The deposit will be refunded to you in the week after your rental period, once the property has been checked and receipt of keys confirmed.
Cancellations:
For all cancellations a varying charge is made as a % of the total booking amount (excluding the deposit) payable.
Minimum of 25% charge if cancelled at any time after booking and increasing to:
50% charge if cancelled within 6 weeks of booking start date 75% charge if cancelled within 3 weeks of booking start date 100% charge if cancelled within 7 days of booking start date
