The apartment is fantastic simply due to its location. Being one of the only private apartment complex close to Protaras and Pernera it offers a huge apartment, walking distance to everything. Ideal for couples, families, friends and even wedding parties. Anyone that simply wants to relax, have homely comforts around them, a communal pool, basket ball courts and be within 4minutes of beaches, bars and other amenities.
The apartment is furnished to a very high standard, with comfortable furnishings throughout which are enhanced by the accessories that have been added to create a homely atmosphere. Each room has hand painted canvases on the walls to create a unique and modern feel to the apartment.
On holiday most people want to relax, enjoy the property but also have space and non clutter, this is what this apartment offers. Each room is spacious but offers the facilities that are necessary. Of course, the communal overflow pool with built in roman steps, sun beds and umbrellas help for the daily cooling down period.

The Famagusta District
Cyprus is known as the island of love and boast so many qualities that it is unbelievable. Unraveled beauties lie in Cyprus amongst the beautiful crystal clear Mediterranean waters and stretches of sandy beaches you will discover amazing churches, caves and Greek monuments that will never seas to amaze.
The traditional language is Cypriot although most people speak English as well. If you venture in to the older towns you will see many older men, sitting with friends, playing the local game of 'tavli' also known as backgammon and drinking 'frappe' which is like a cold coffee.
They sit and watch the world go by and you won’t be able to stop and look in amazement.
Protaras area
Protaras is separated in to many areas, one of which being Pernera. Pernera is the closest small village to Protaras making it a popular resort. Pernera itself makes for a great family location for holidays with many great bars and restaurants offering great entertainment and food for families, couples and groups of friends.
I recommend Blue spice restaurant and Mojittos for food, and there is also good Italian food and local cuisine as well. Pernera is the heart of the new marina, which is situated close to the beautiful Golden coast beach. You can sit and watch the boats come in and out whilst sipping an ice cool drink at the cafe overlooking everything.
The beach at the Golden coast hotel, is surrounded by palm trees, golden sand and a lovely restaurant. Plus it has the "blue flag award" and there is a lifeguard there for safety. In addition the beach has its very own church which makes for a beautiful feature...
There is a great water park in Pernera ideal for family days out, and of course the main water world water park in Ayia Napa.
You can walk in to Protaras or take a taxi, it is only a minute or two by taxi... so if you fancy something different one night there are other places within your grasp... Ayia Napa is within 15minutes by taxi, so for a fun night out you can venture to the heart of Ayia Napa.
How to get there
There are two main airports in Cyprus, Paphos and Larnaca. When you book flights Larnaca airport is the closest to the villa.

It can sometimes work out more cost effective (if flying from UK) to fly from Heathrow and the flights are scheduled so you are less likely to get delays to ruin your holidays. Plus book in advance, if possible before the end of the year, the tickets are much cheaper.

Further details indoors: The inside of the apartment is spacious. With two large size bedrooms both with built in wardrobes and air conditioning and heating units. In the master bedroom there is a double bed, with two bedside tables and a reading lamp for relaxing with a great novel before bed. There is also a chair, mirror and shelf that acts as a dressing table. In the twin bedroom there is equally as much space, being two single beds, and one bedside table, plus a mirror and shelving unit with chair, so there is no need to fight over the mirror space in this apartment. There is a plentiful supply of linen and towels within the apartment for your use.
In the Living room there is a two and three seater comfortable material sofa, with scatter cushions for sitting back and relaxing with a glass of wine and munchies on the square coffee table. The television is accessorised with two evening lights to create a soft lighting whilst you sit back and flick through the local satellite channels, Cyprus television channels or watch a DVD. Inside the television unit is a selection of great books for you to read and a variety of games.
The kitchen is supplied with everything you will require to enjoy a good meal at home. The dining table is situated by the sliding patio doors and seat four people comfortably. Each wooden chair having cushions making for a comfortable evening meal with the summer breeze. In each of the rooms are hand painted canvases to give the apartment a completely unique look to it.
Further details outdoors: The complex has communal basket ball courts as well as a fenced communal pool area. There are only 8 apartments in the block that share one communal overflow / inifinty pool to the side of the complex which is a really nice large size with plenty of space around it. There are good quality sunbeds around the pool, with facilities such as shower and toilets, and also umberellas as well.
The balcony area has plenty of space and there is a nice size table and chairs to sit back and relax with a book or one of the board games. There is also an umberella as well, for shade if required. There is also lifts and stairs in the complex with undercover alocated parking.

Guestbook
We stayed in the apartment when it had just been finished, we were so close to everything it was great. I couldn’t complain about the apartment at all, it was immaculately clean and there was plenty of linen and towels for us to use making it easy with the children. The pool was gated so I didn’t have to worry about the kids running out, and the facilities were great. The interior of the apartment was homely and there wasn’t anything I would have changed about it.
