Perfect for families and couples wanting to be close to amenities but not always wanting to drive. Furnished in a contemporary style, the villa offers guests comfortable and luxurious surroundings in which to relax and enjoy their holiday. Set in pretty gardens with private pool and off street parking.
The property is fully air conditioned and decorated to a high standard throughout. Outside there are sun loungers and comfortable garden furniture on the patio which overlooks the illuminated private swimming pool. The resort centre and beach are a short stroll away so a car is not essential.

The Famagusta District
Famagusta is famed for its beautiful golden sandy beaches and the warm welcome that awaits visitors. The climate this side of the island is slightly milder and holiday makers can enjoy plenty of warm sunshine in both summer and winter. There are many places of interest to visit including beautiful old churches and the famous National Park in Cape Greko which is a place of outstanding natural beauty.
Protaras / Pernera area
Villa Sabrina is situated in the resort of Pernera between the larger towns of Protaras and Paralimni. Set 400m back from the coast, a leisurely stroll will take you the beautiful sandy beaches of Pernera. Further along the coastal path is the famous Fig Tree Bay with its fantastic golden sand and crystal clear waters. Watersports lovers can enjoy a huge range of activities here.
The villa is within a five minute walk of local shops, restaurants and bars, 20min walk will take you to the heart of Protaras, a more lively area with numerous bars, restaurants, large hotels and nightspots. The main town of Paralimni is a 10min drive away and has a mix of modern and traditional shopping facilities as well as 2 beautiful churches.
Cape Greko an area of outstanding natural beauty a 10 mins drive away and further along the golden coastline you will find Konnos Bay and Ayia Napa with its pretty marina, fabulous beaches, restaurants, bars and buzzing nightlife! An excellent central location.
How to get there
Cyprus is a 4.5 hour flight from London, Monarch Airlines, Thomas Cook, Cyprus Airways and British Airways all fly here. The resort is 40 minutes from Larnaca airport where car hire or taxi transfer can be easily arranged. Alternatively you can contact Donna Matthews to arrange your local travel arrangements.

Open plan lounge/dining area provides seating for 6 with comfortable, modern furniture, TV and DVD. The well equipped kitchen has fan oven, halogen hob, microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine. All bedrooms have large wardrobes with ample storage, comfortable beds and linen and towels are provided and changed weekly.
