About the home

The project is situated in Kapparis area of Paralimni, with local amenities including supermarkets, taverns, restaurants and banks. A few minutes' walk away is Fireman's Bay, which is one of the finest and secluded bays in the area, and also Ayia Triada, a nice little bay with a picturesque fishing harbor.

Kapparis is a year-round resort boasting an extensive selection of bars and restaurants along with a number of beautiful sandy beaches. Situated a five-minute drive from Protaras and 10 minutes from Ayia Napa, the area is ideal for those who wish to be close to the resorts but far enough out for peace and tranquility.

The townhouse consists of open plan lounge/dining area & kitchen, stylishly furnished with leather chocolate brown sofas, one becomes a double bed, LCD satellite TV/DVD player. Dining area has table and 6 chairs. Italian-style kitchen has granite worktops, fridge/freezer, oven/hob/extractor, microwave, iron/ironing board, toaster & kettle. There is a guest toilet downstairs. Marble staircases lead to the first floor. There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed & one with twin single beds, both with fitted wardrobes and essential blackout roller blinds to completely block out the sun, ideal for an afternoon nap or during those summer early dawns. There is also a family bathroom with vanity sink unit and a bath with shower overhead. Air conditioning units are fitted throughout the townhouse.

Complex offers a big lagoon swimming pool, a children's pool, changing rooms with showers, a gym centre and tennis court, and sun-beds and umbrellas around pool area. It has been carefully designed to offer the highest standards in comfort and luxury. Benefiting of panoramic views of Kapparis area and coastline townhouse is only about 50 meters to the main street with amenities and about 450 meters to the beach.

This is a NON smoking property, but smoking is permitted outside. Linen & towels are provided. Please bring your own towels to use around the pool & on the beaches.

The Famagusta region

The Protaras / Kapparis area

Kapparis is an up-and-coming, peaceful and picturesque locality with easy access to the towns of Paralimni and Dherynia, and the resorts of Protaras, Pernera and Ayia Napa. There are many excellent bars, superb restaurants and a pretty, sandy beach (Firemans Cove) all just down the road from the apartment. If you want the best of both worlds - lounging by the pool by day but with plenty of nightlife nearby should you want it, then its definitely for you.

The adjacent resort of Pernera also offers a great choice of restaurants and bars, whilst the lively Protaras, with its wide array of nightlife and award-winning beaches is just a 5 minute drive away.

Ayia Napa has many clubs, pubs and restaurants as well as the famous Nissi Beach, and is a 10 minute drive away.
