The apartment is only few steps away from fabulous sandy Fig Tree Bay beach with crystal clear water. And short walk (about 50-80 meters) to Fig Tree Bay main strip with its numerous bars, restaurants and entertainment facilities.

In open-plan living room there is a large comfortable sofa, satellite TV and DVD. Kitchen area is equipped with fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, electric cooker, extractor fan, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, iron, ironing board. There are two bedrooms with built-in wardrobes. Both bedrooms have two twin beds which could be moved together as a double bed. Main Bedroom has en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as walk-in closet. Plus there is a bathroom opposite another bedroom with shower cubicle and toilet. Apartment is fulle air-conditioned and has spectacular, unobstructed sea views from the living room and both bedrooms.
