A comfortable roomy two bedroom house in a quiet area overlooking fields. Situated on a well kept complex with use of communal pool only one hundred yards walk. Sleeps up to six people with comfortable sofa bed. Only a stones throw from the bars, various restaurants and local supermarket. The local beach is only a five minute walk away. Protaras and Ayia Napa are easily accessible by car, taxi or bus.

The interior of the house is open plan downstairs and is furnished to a high standard.
Satalite tv has some English channels.
Dvd player and a choice of many DVDs are available.
Both bedrooms have fully fitted wardrobes and air con.
One room with double bed and the second with twin beds. A travel cot is also available.
Double size comfortable sofa bed in living room.
Bed linen and towels are provided but please bring your own beach towels.
Extra towels, linen and mid week cleans can be arranged at cost (payable locally).
Use of all electricity and air conditioning is free of charge.
We can arrange airport transfers (payable locally).
Car hire can be arranged from airport or resort (payable locally).

Outside is a spacious patio area with BBQ, large patio table and chairs and sun beds. The patio area benefits from sun all day long.
The Famagusta region


Mother Nature has been particularly kind to Southern Cyprus and the region has some of the best beaches in the entire Mediterranean. Its geographic location means an almost perfect climate and the intriguing culture is a blend of centuries of tradition. Today Southern Cyprus attracts millions of visitors every year and historic ties with the UK make it a firm favourite with British holidaymakers.
The golden sandy beaches of the Famagusta district stretch out in the eastern corner of the island. The popular holiday making centres of Agia Napa and Paralimni have been called a veritable paradise for anyone who loves the sea and water sports. The charming scenery includes the tiny fishing harbour of Agia Napa, and the medieval monastery in the heart of the village, the wind mills and small churches in the surrounding villages, which spread out in the area of Paralimni and Protaras.
This region, which is the main potato-producing area on the island, is known as "Kokkinochoria" which means "red-soil villages".
The Protaras / Kapparis area
The area of Kapparis is situated next to the famous Ghost Town of Famagusta and is only 40 minutes from Larnaca Airport. There are numerous coves and beaches just a stones throw away from the apartment with the opportunity for you to try your skills at Water Skiing, Paragliding, Wind Surfing etc.
Nearby is the bus service which can take you into Agia Napa, Protaras or the traditional village of Paralimni where you will find local handicrafts and even a small branch of Marks & Spencers! It is the ideal location for a quiet family holiday with the chance of travelling into the more hectic and noisy areas of Protaras and Agia Napa and then leaving it all behind and returning to this peaceful resort.
There are plenty of bars and tavernas nearby and Supermarkets are on your doorstep. Car hire is also available to enable you to travel a little further and explore the rest of this beautiful island.
Protaras is also only 5 minutes from the house by car. It is a more modern resort offering lively nightlife and bars and restaurants including a McDonalds and Pizza Hut. The beaches here are arguably the finest in the area offering a variety of watersports, don't miss Fig Tree Bay which is marked by a Fig Tree reputedly planted there in the 17th Century by invaders. Protaras beaches have been awarded EC Blue Flags. The church of Ayios Ilias on the outskirts of Protaras is well worth a visit. It sits on a rocky crag! Many boat trips run regularly from Protaras to Cape Greco and also to allow off shore views of Famagusta ghost town. Other attractions include a small family water park at Pernera ideal for younger children.
Ayia Napa is approximately 15 minutes drive from Kapparis. It has metamorphosed from a one time fishing village into one of the busiest resorts in Cyprus attracting a third of all tourists to Cyprus. It is most famous today for its nightlife; bars, restaurants and nightclubs abound here! There is also a not to be missed waterpark just outside of Ayia Napa which also offers Go Karting and helicopter rides in the vicinity. Ayia Napa beaches are beautiful, particularly Nissi Beach. In the centre of Ayia Napa is a spectacular 16th Century monastary at the entrance to an old Fig Tree.

1. A 25% non refundable deposit is payable on booking.
2. Full payment is due six weeks before departure.
3. A £100.00 fully refundable security deposit is required to cover any potential damages. This is payable with final balance six weeks before departure. This will be refunded within 10 days after the end of your holiday if there is no damage and keys are returned. You will not normally be charged for small breakages such as a glass, cup etc.
