Sunset Villa Thorne is in a fantastic position in the vibrant and family friendly resort of Pernera, and whilst an easy walk to the beach, restaurants, attractions etc, it is located in a quiet well set out area so you have the best of both worlds, either sitting around the private pool catching the sun or spending a well deserved day on the beach, there are plenty of shops for bargain hunting and an excellent choice of restaurants either for lunch or an evening out, offering plenty of variety from Indian, steakhouse, pizza hut and Cypriot. With two double bedrooms upstairs, one with a double bed and en-suite and one with two singles, both with patio doors, each one leading onto a balcony. In the living area there is a luxurious three seater leather sofa bed and a two seater, where you can sit in comfort looking out to the pool from the two sets of patio doors. Or you can relax watching the TV or DVD, or if feeling energetic, have a game or two on the WII. We can accommodate up to 6 people in the villa, the villa is furnished to a very high standard with a modern extendable table and chairs in the spacious dining area and high quality table & chairs for al fresco dining on the veranda, and an Italian kitchen with black granite worktops to enhance the experience of you holiday.

The Famagusta District
Famagusta is on the eastern side of the island and has some of the best beaches you will find anywhere in the med, Fig tree bay/Nissi beach are familiar names to many sun and beach lovers and are among many fantastic beaches in the area, the villa it's self is just a few minutes walk away from a wonderful beach with water sports and all the other attractions you would expect to find there, the whole area has a lot of history to explore from lovely harbour front at Ayia Napa to the Famagusta view point where you can learn about the ongoing dispute between the Turkish north and the Greek south, the town of paralimni just inland is a favourite for shoppers with a Marks and Spencer's amongst others in the main square to a Carrefour Supermarket just down the road.
Protaras / Pernera area
Protoras/Pernera has it all for any family and couples alike, fantastic beaches, wonderful choice of places to eat and drink day or night, and friendly people who genuinely want to help you and made your holiday the best it can be, with great shopping ,shows and entertainment, and all of this is walking distance from our luxurious Sunset Villa Thorne. If you decide to go further afield you will find plenty of taxis ready to take you to Ayia Napa or anywhere you may fancy. The villa is very close to the Polycarpria and Crown Resorts Hotels, in the centre of Pernera, or you can take a leisurely stroll approx 20 mins along the coastline into the famous Fig Tree Bay or main Protoras Strip, offering a huge variety of family nightlife and restaurants. The resort even has its own small water park and while not the biggest it will still keep the kids happy for a while (even the big ones) and again it's a short walk away.
How to get there
Larnaca and Paphos airports both have direct motorway links to the resort, the closest of witch is Larnaca at just a 45min taxi journey or drive if you have a hire car booked at the airport, : We can arrange car hire or a taxi transfer for you, :Just give us your flight details beforehand and we will send you confirmation via e-mail that the service you have asked for will be waiting for you as you clear the airport baggage hall, : Its as easy as that, both services at the best prices you are likely to find anywhere on the island. Flights from the uk are also very easy to arrange and book, most major airlines fly from most of the UKs main airports, booking online is very straight forward and carriers such as flythompson, thomascook, mytravel, XL, and monarch to name just a few operate weekly flights to Cyprus, just go to there websites and look for the best deals

Cypriot climate morning or evening either enjoying breakfast or a brandy ot two later on. . There are 6 sun loungers to choose from to soak up that lovely sunshine or you can relax on the swing seat in the shade

Our Managing agents on the island are from plymouth and moved to the island two years ago to live and work, for a small fee we can arange a meet and greet and/or a welcome pack upon your arrival to the villa, if you arrive in the early hours of the morning, if you let us know your requirments, for example cold bottles of water in the fridge to cold bottles of wine or beer waiting, we can arrange for this to be done. They also offer a 24 hour call out service for your peace of mind.
Conditions
Sorry but no pets are allowed. There is strictly no smoking inside the villa. A refundable breakages deposit of £100.00 will be taken before you go and subject to our agents confirmation of no breakages or extra cleaning cost etc will be refunded in full within two weeks of your return home. To secure your booking a deposit of 25% of the rental price of you stay will be needed with the balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to your arrival date. Cots and high chairs available and a small cost
