Beautifully positioned just 2 miles north of Protaras, the villa sits on a quiet, private development, yet is within easy reach of the busy holiday areas of Pernera, Protaras and the main town centre of Paralimni.

The famous holday town of Ayia Napa, with all its attractions is only a 20 minute drive away. So, whether you are looking for the hustle and bustle of the lively holiday areas or a quiet, relaxing time, the villa is ideally located. Beaches, restaurants, Bars, Shops and supermarkets are all only a short distance away.

The Famagusta District

The east coast of Cyprus really has everything to offer for either a great relaxing holiday to the more energetic lively person. People living or on holiday in Cyprus are able to enjoy outdoor activities all year round due to it's great climate.


Protaras / Pernera area

A 15 minute walk or 5 minute drive to Pernera which as well as its 2 beaches (one of which has watersports) has numerous shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets and hire shops.

A further 15 minute walk or 5 minute drive from Pernera is Protaras. Protaras is a busy holiday area with an abundance of hotels, villas and apartments. It has numerous beaches, the most famous being the amazing sands and waters of Fig Tree Bay. Protaras Avenue (strip) is approximately 1 mile long, runs parallel to the sea front and is littered with bars, shops, hire shops, supermarkets and restaurants to suite all tastes. Off the strip are the numerous beaches with water sports. During the main season (May to September) the nightlife is busy with entertainment at numerous bars and hotels.


How to get there

There are many flights from numerous airports throughout the UK, and you can fly to Cyprus on any day of the week. When booking your flight please note that some flights from the UK land a Paphos first before going on to Larnaca. This can add an hour to the flight time. * Taxi: Approximately CYP£50 one way. Always ask and get a price before setting off.
* Airport Transfers: Type “airport transfers” in to google and there are numerous companies offering this service at cheaper rates than hiring a Taxi.
* Car Hire: Again there are numerous companies to choose from. You can collect your car at the airport and drop it off there as well. Two of the cheaper ones I have used are www.economycarrentals.com and www.stevenscarrentals.com.

Conditions

- There is no set change over days, thus giving maximum flexibility on booking.

- Deposit for rental of £200 to be paid at time of booking with the remainder to be paid at least 8 weeks prior to arrival, along with £200 damage deposit.
This £200 will be refunded once our management company have advised us that you have left the property in the same condition as you found it, with all belongings in place and in working order.
