About the home

Luxury modern villa, with granite floors throughout, granite steps to front and rear of the villa, outside lighting all around the pool and to the front and rear of the property.

The villa offers our guests an overflow 8 x 4 Roman swimming pool, garden area, jacuzzi pool, two kitchens, three bathrooms (two en suites), the villa is on three floors, with the basement area having own kitchen, double bed and en suite bathroom, which in effect makes it a separate studio. This villa is ideal for wedding parties.

This is a fantastic villa and should not be missed - bring all the family to this one or even two families!

Cots and fold down beds can be hired in for infants. Beds accommodate up to 8 adults.

The Famagusta region

The charms of Cyprus are many and varied. For a start the weather is sunny and dry for most of the year, and the Mediterranean Sea circling this magical Island is blue, clear and very enticing. Cyprus has a typical Mediterranean climate, warm and dry with little rainfall, which makes Cyprus very popular as tourist destination., and definitely an island for all the seasons, from very mild winters to long hot summers. The official language is Greek however, English is widely spoken and understood throughout the island.
Cyprus has lots to offer for tourists. There are various recreation and sports activities available such as sea sports, diving, go-carting and golfing. There are many casinos, and for those of you who prefer the out doors there's bird watching, turtle watching and hiking.

The Protaras / Central Protaras area

Situated in Protaras, only five minutes walk to Fig Tree Bay, you can also be in AYia Napa within 10 minutes drive and the lovely cosmopolitan Cypriot town of Paralimni in five minutes. A car is not needed and also a regular bus service runs close to the villa.

Sports and recreation:
Waterworld Waterpark, Ayia Napa - This is the largest themed Waterpark in Europe, offering a huge selection of water slides and amenities. Don’t miss out on this fabulous day out for all the family. If you're in Cyprus or anywhere nearby, this award-winning park deserves a visit.
Water sports – This is one of the best areas on the island for fabulous water sports. Take part in paragliding, water skiing, hire a speedboat, jet ski’s, even try out a flying fish!! The list is endless and so are the fantastic beaches with water sport facilities.

Bungee Jumping – for the adventurous tourists in Cyprus, bungee jumping is available in Ayia Napa. It conforms to the Australian & New Zealand safety standards.

Golfing - Cyprus is fast becoming a favourite with many golfing travellers due to an improvement in facilities and, of course, its superb all-year round climate. There are several golf schools, golf development classes and academies, in many locations in Cyprus to help you improve your game. It is rumoured that there are several ‘new’ top quality golf courses to be built on the eastern coast of Cyprus – between Larnaca and Protaras.

Go-karting - There are many go- karting centres in Cyprus. Most are open seven days a week, an excellent one being located at Ayia Napa, next door to the Waterpark.

Diving - Warm seas, clear water and year-round sunshine ensure that diving in Cyprus remains a popular pastime. The varied nature of the dive sites as well as the lack of tides and currents means that both beginners and more experienced divers can enjoy the experience. There's plenty of underwater life and a huge variety of fish.

Skiing and Snowboarding: Troodos Mountains – Experience Cyprus in the winter months, January to March. There is fantastic skiing and snowboarding on Mount Olympus, in the beautiful Troodos Mountains.

Fishing – Cyprus has many lakes and dams for both fly and course fishing, and of course, not forgetting sea fishing, which you do almost anywhere along the coast. Most lakes are subject to a fishing permit, which is needed before you can do this. These are relatively inexpensive and can be purchased from most fishing and sports shops.

“Location, Space and Air conditioning!” Six of us stayed here as part of a wedding party. Easy walk to main Protaras strip and Fig Tree Bay. Good sized rooms and the air con was very welcome and efficient (friends who visited us commented on how good it was). Pool is a good size. Overall very relaxing and comfortable stay. The welcome pack was very useful and the local managers were very helpful, especially when the power tripped (only happened once) - they came out very quickly even though they were on their way out for the evening.

“Lovely Villa, great location” We had a lovely time in Protaras and this Villa is ideal for anyone. It has everything you need and more. The BBQ area was awesome and we certainly got our money's worth out of that. It's a perfect 10 minute stroll to Protaras Town and has a local 24hr shop just down the road. Nicely decorated and lovely surroundings. Would recommend this Villa to anyone. Response: Thank you for the good review. Very good villa, in a brilliant location. Very close to Protaras centre and Fig tree Bay, all within a very short walk. Superb villa for large families/group of friends, and the jacuzzi is also an added bonus

“brilliant villa” eleven of us stayed at this villa in may and we all agreed its the best holiday we have had the villa has everything we could ask for and more apart from not having a dish washer but we overcame that ,the main strip was about a ten minute walk away as was the beach ,the local bar owners were very welcoming.and the local shop were friendly and helpful .we enjoyed our villa and holiday so much we are thinking of booking it again for next year.thankyou to teri of protaras properties for her help . Response: Thank you very much for your lovely review. As you say, the location is perfect for walking into Protaras centre and Fig Tree Bay. Well equipped villa and very suitable for larger groups.
