Unobstructed, rare, beautiful sea view 150m from villa. Italian designer kitchen and bathrooms. Two of the three bedrooms have glorious sea view and one has a veranda. Large double beds in 2 rooms, 3rd room has 2 single beds. Free WIFI throughout villa and poolside.

Outside terrace is on same level with lounge area, giving a one area feeling. Infinity pool which merges with sea horizon. Outside bar, shower and BBQ. Italian designer outside furniture and dining table with a 4 seater outside bar and stools. Furhter extended garden towards sea with tropical trees and large lawn area.

The Famagusta region

Protaras is a well established tourist hot spot. The recently redeveloped main high street promenade has every single amenity possible. Area caters for both a peaceful relaxed holiday, or a very lively, energetic holiday with its many nightclubs bars and pubs. Traditional Cypriot cuisine as well as all sorts of Gastronomic experiences are available. Protaras has the best beaches in Cyprus beaches and is well known for its blue seas and white sand.

At the villa there is an extensive guestbook full of details of the owners favourite restaurants and hot spots as well as things to do. Protaras, which is the main tourist area of Paralimni, is one of the prettiest areas of Cyprus and extends along from the Famous Fig Tree Bay and takes in all the areas of Pernera, Ayia Triada and Kapparis. There are numerous bays along this coast, with the crystal blue waters of the Mediterranean and white sandy beaches.

“The best place to stay in Protaras/Ayia Napa area” We just got back from our holidays in Greco Mare Villa 6, where we spent a whole week there and frankly speaking, this is one of those moments where you sit down and say: “I wish I had this house as my permanent residence”!!! Don't look any further for accommodation if you are planning to visit Cyprus and Protaras/Ayia Napa Area. This is a fantastic property at the perfect location. The villa is so well organized and clean that there might be no need to get out of it and search for a beach! All the facilities and amenities mentioned are of top quality. It's clean, it's quite, it's private and nobody can be heard next to you as all residences respect their neighbours, but most importantly the sea is just a few meters away from you and that unobstructed blue view is stunning and very relaxing. Therefore you have the perfect formula to relax, enjoy the sun and the luxury of having your own private pool while having a glass of a nice wine! If you are planning to visit the beach then you should consider having a car. A car is a must in Cyprus as public transportation does not exist really, and taxis are rarely found unless you call one. Therefore, having a car there's no point to think of the distance to the sea, shops, supermarkets, etc. Everything is within 10 minutes drive! The location of the villa couldn't be more perfect for this. Everybody leaving from the crowded but very beautiful beaches in front of “Vrissiana Hotel”, “Sunrise Hotel” and “Capo Bay Hotel” will drive north towards the town of Paralimni, where during the peak season of end July and August this could last for ages, whilst “Greco Mare Villa 6” is in the opposite direction towards Cape Greco and driving there is about 3-4 minutes. Finally and most importantly, is that the owner is a very helpful, and trusty person. “fantastic family holiday” Excellent location and views on a well maintained quiet complex. Villa has everything for a great family holiday pool included. The photos on the website show the area in front of the Villa as a lawned area, the owners were made to remove the grass. At present its sand used by the resident cats. There is a plan to return it to a grassed area like a few of the neighbours have already. The small walk able beach was usually very busy and the bar which was part of the Hotel was very expensive 3.80 euro for a Keo, the bill for seven of us for an afternoon stop meant we only did it once. The beach at Konnos is a five minute drive and was our usual afternoon destination. The bar/cafe is again part of the Grecian Park hotel and is quite expensive, we filled the cooler bag spent a few hours then back to the pool. We did spend many hours snorkelling out in front of the villa, once you're over the ten yards of rock there is a flat area where you can enter ok.Divers also used this area. We had two small cars for the two weeks which was good for filling up with big shops from the large supermarket and freedom to get about. We usually ate in using the barbeque one night then ate out the next night. We found the restaurants good value we never paid more than 106 euro drinks included the two older kids eat off the adult menus. Nights out were short drive into Protaras less than 10 mins usually our first week was the local holiday so it was busy. We made two trips in one car leaving the car overnight (no problem) and picking it up next morning. A Limo taxi back for seven was 14 euro. The local buses ran into the early hours and looked to be quite often but we never used them. The Villa is looked after by the owners mother Pat who we met and is only a phone call away if you need anything. There is a bar /restaurant about ten minutes walk towards Cape Greco which has all the live sport on several TV's and is well priced 2euro's for the same pint of Keo.All in all nothing negative to be said.
