About the home

Families and friends alike will enjoy the private pool or relaxing with a cold drink on a sunlounger in the large secluded sun terrace during the day as the music from the satellite TV gently sets the atmosphere for relaxing. If you are feeling energetic or fancy the beach Konnos Bay is about a 10 minute walk away and has some of the best water sports available for you. In the evenings you can go into the centre of Protaras, hop on the bus or take a short taxi ride in Aiya Napa (8km). Whatever your choice you will not be disappointed. Every day and every evening you can party or relax as you wish. The choice is yours. The only thing that will not change is that you will be in a luxury villa for your entire stay.

Kora villa has local restaurants and tavernas as well as having easy access to both Protaras and Aiya Napa. Konnos Bay is very close and has some of the best watersports on the island for the energtic, whilst also providing a great place to relax and soak up those rays!

Lots of outdoor space! There is a private pool with plenty of sun loungers for six people, an umbrella and table and chairs. Plus there is patio areas beside the house so plenty of space, including a BBQ. PLUS there is a private drive way, plants and the villa is surrounded by fields on two sides so there is a lot of privacy.

The Famagusta region

A country ideal for those sun kissed sun tans, with beautifully hot sunny days... Cyprus is known as the island of love and boast so many qualities that it is unbelievable. Unraveled beauties lie in Cyprus amongst the beautiful crystal clear Mediterranean waters and stretches of sandy beaches you will discover amazing churches, caves and Greek monuments that will never seas to amaze.

The traditional language is Cypriot although most people speak English as well. If you venture in to the older towns you will see many older men, sitting with friends, playing the local game of 'tavli' also known as backgammon and drinking 'frappe' which is like a cold coffee. They sit and watch the world go by and you won’t be able to stop and look in amazement...

The Protaras / Cape Greko area

Protaras is the centre of Famagusta, famous for its glorious beaches and entertainment. It is widely known for families due to the blue flag awards for clean, crystal beaches. Protaras itself, is in a horse shoe shape made up of many bars, restaurants, shops and entertainment for everyone.

Surrounding Protaras are four main areas, one of which is Ayia Napa with great cycling paths, night life and restaurants all set around the medieval church in the square. Here, they hold many traditional events, such as Greek dancing and live singers, festivals etc throughout the summer. Another area surrounding Protaras is Pernera, an ideal families location just outside of Protaras, with a beautiful marina with a cafe and lovely sandy beach, hence the name 'Golden Coast'. Pernera has many attractions apart from lovely restaurants, bars and shops, there is also a children’s water park, aquarium, mini golf and much much more... Something to keep everyone happy.

Then there is Paralimni, the traditional area which is more residential and home to the locals, Paralimni is the main town to Protaras and is full of shops, banks, supermarkets, traditional restaurants and cafes with plenty of variety. All of the areas can get to one another within approximately 5 to 7minutes by taxi.

Don't forget in winter Cyprus has ski slopes as well, so ski in the morning and sunbathe in the afternoon... plus most of the hotels have gyms and tennis courts which you can use as well for small fees.

Larnaca airport is the closest to the villa being just a 35 minute drive along the motorway,with Paphos around 120 minutes.
Driving is on the left and the roads are not very busy which makes hiring a car a great way to explore this fantastic island.
