Villa Triada is a charming 4 bedroom 3 bathroom villa set in the popular area of Ayia Triada. The ground floor is open plan; the sitting area has two comfortable sofas, coffee table, lamps, television, and DVD and WIFI for 2013 There is a dining table and six chairs. The kitchen area is well equipped with a fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, dishwasher, cooker and hob, toaster, electric kettle, iron and board. A cot and high chair are also supplied free of charge.
The hallway from the lounge leads to a king size bedroom with adjacent shower room. On the first floor there is another king size bedroom with full en-suite bathroom and distant mountain views towards north Cyprus. A further double size bedroom and a twin size bedroom both with access to balcony and with sea views. These last two bedrooms share a large family bathroom, the villa has an area of 164 sqm and is air-conditioned throughout.
The gardens are laid with stamped concrete with white gravel borders and beds and mature palms etc. There is an 8m x 4m pool with easy access in pool steps and a new liner for the 2013 season plus outside pool shower. A pergola shelters an outside dining area seating six. For the 2013 season we will also be installing a stone barbeque area. The driveway can accommodate two cars and the whole plot covers an area 364sqm.
Because of misuse of air conditioning we now operate a card meter system. However all meters are preloaded with 35 euros credit for each weeks booking. If the air conditioning units are used as directed in the instructions left in the villa then this should be ample enough for your stay. In the unlikely event that you should happen to need more credit then top up cards with a value of 5, 10 or 20 euros can be purchased from the designated supplier.
Please note a damage deposit of £200 is payable on arrival. This is only payable by all male/ female and group bookings, families do not need to pay. The deposit will be returned at the end of the holiday providing everything is as found.
The villa is located within walking distance of many facilities but a car is advised to reach Protaras and further a field.
Through our property manager a car hire can be provided for you during your stay.

Ayia Triada is currently one of the most popular residential areas within the Protaras region. Secluded coves along un-spoilt coastal paths are one of the main attractions of this stretch of coastline which is situated between the resorts of Kapparis and Protaras. Ayia Triada has its own beach and a small fishing harbour with an historical church overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. The clear turquoise waters of this beach are extremely pleasant for swimming or sunbathing.
You can watch the fishermen bring in their daily catch, and if you wish buy directly from them for a delicious barbecue back at the villa. Alternatively, you can find a number of popular fish taverns serving a variety of fresh fish dishes throughout the day in the nearby area.
The location of Ayia Triada, between the areas of Kapparis and Protaras, puts visitors within easy reach of a variety of restaurants bars and shops. Ayia Triada is backed-up with easily accessible public transports or taxis that can take you to Protaras, Paralimni within 5 minutes and Ayia Napa within 15 minutes.
Ayia Triada with its delightful beach and increasing infrastructures is becoming ever more popular every year among visitors for long and short term stays. The approval of a new Marina is also pushing both demand and prices up in this already favorable area.
The area of Kapparis is an up-and-coming, peaceful, and picturesque locality with easy access to the towns of Paralimni and Dherynia, and the resorts of Protaras, Pernera, and Ayia Napa. Although Kapparis has supermarkets, restaurants and bars, a car would really enhance your holiday experience to take you further a field.
Pernera is a small beach side village lying between Paralimni and Protaras, which is 20 minutes, walk away. It is much smaller and quieter than its' neighbour Protaras but it has all the facilities you will need and is ideal for families. It has some beautiful beaches and a number of water sport centers for parascending, diving, pedalos and jet skis etc. There is also a local water park which lies between Pernera and Protaras and is less than 5 minutes by car from the villa.
Throughout the Pernera and along its' coastline are a large variety of bars, restaurants and tavernas catering for all tastes. In the centre you will also find travel agents (for excursions within Cyprus and mini cruises to Egypt etc), car hire, supermarkets and a wide range of gift shops and a medical center are also available.
Protaras is the main resort in the area where you will find rugged cliffs standing high over small bays and local fish tavernas serving fresh fish while you take in the spectacular views... The roads in Protaras are of the highest standard with large pedestrian routes at the sides of most roads. The entire length of the main coastal road in Protaras which spans from Paralimni via Protaras and into Ayia is lined with a large pedestrian route that is ideal for walkers and bikers.
If you prefer being closer to nature, there is a delightful wooden path that can be followed around the coast, across rocky coves and secluded beaches where you will find many small churches perched high on the rocky landscape overlooking the sea. Protaras has over 300 establishments which range from pubs, bars, shops, restaurants, tavernas cafes, jewellery shops and much more.
