Look out over the crystal Mediterranean Sea when you wake up in the mornings, laze beside the private pool with plenty of sun beds for everyone. Relax on the roof terrace and enjoy great facilities. There is definitely something for everyone in the family, having satellite television and extra TV in the master bedroom, en suite shower room, dressing tables, balcony overlooking the pool, private roof terrace, table tennis... Plus gated complex.
If you like walking then the villa is on a beautiful nature trail offering stunning views throughout the trail, plus you can visit the "Cyclops caves" located there, the beautiful church and caves and of course the breathtaking Konos family beach set bellow the scenery.
A must try is the Japanese restaurant at the top of Cape Greco, with stunning views and great food... Plus everything is so close by to really enjoy Cyprus, You have culture and scenery, quietness and history in the area and Ayia Napa and Protaras so close to it...

The Famagusta District
A country ideal for those sun kissed sun tans, with beautifully hot sunny days... Cyprus is known as the island of love and boast so many qualities that it is unbelievable. Unraveled beauties lie in Cyprus amongst the beautiful crystal clear Mediterranean waters and stretches of sandy beaches you will discover amazing churches, caves and Greek monuments that will never seas to amaze. The traditional language is Cypriot although most people speak English as well. If you venture in to the older towns you will see many older men, sitting with friends, playing the local game of 'tavli' also known as backgammon and drinking 'frappe' which is like a cold coffee. They sit and watch the world go by and you won’t be able to stop and look in amazement...
Protaras area
Cape Greco is a stunning and quiet area with lots a variety of restaurants and cafes, shops and water sports. Known for its green landscapes, nature trails and culture. By following the nature trail along, you will come to the Cyclops cave, walking along you will see some breathtaking views. Konnos bay is situated within plenty of trees, and is an amazing setting. With coffee shop / snack place set amongst the trees and crystal clear waters, beautiful sandy beaches and water sports on offer. Further along you will find many caves, churches etc offering a wide variety of history. In the area, close to the villa is a convenience shop, literally within a 5minute walk, there are a few traditional taverns as well, Spiratis which is a fish restaurant, a local Greek tavern, a Japanese restaurant situated at the top of a hotel, overlooking everything (open to the public) which is amazing at night time and other places to eat as well. So if you do not feel like getting a taxi in to town, or hiring a car all the time you are staying at the villa, you can find places to eat and enjoy the night.
Protaras, with many great bars and restaurants offering great entertainment and food for families, couples and groups of friends. There is so much choose from. Within only a few minutes by taxi or car, you could be in Protaras and within a 6minute drive you are in Ayia napa. What more could you want, close to the beach, bars and restaurants and so close to the clubs and entertainment of Ayia Napa and the resort of Protaras... Taxis in Cyprus are not expensive, aproximately 9euros to get you from the villa to Protaras.
Plus there is a great water park in Ayia Napa ideal for family days out, and many cycling paths to get you about. In winter, there is a ski resort only a few hours drive away, ski in the morning and sunbath in the afternoon... sounds good!!!
How to get there
There are two main airports in Cyprus, Paphos and Larnaca. When you book flights Larnaca airport is the closest to the villa.
Great airlines for cheap prices are www.skyscanner.net or www.flythomascook.com. Other cheap airlines are www.flymonarch.com. Fly monarch have summer sales now for next years tickets, there are tickets for under 100pounds... Euro Cyp holidays are a company based in London, they are also good for flights and the number is 0208 802 7255 .
It can sometimes work out more cost effective (if flying from UK) to fly from Heathrow and the flights are scheduled so you are less likely to get delays to ruin your holidays... Plus book in advance, if possible before the end of the year, the tickets are much cheaper.

Further details indoors: The colours chosen for this villa are warm and relaxing, there is a 32" LCD television with satellite and a DVD player and CD player as well. The kitchen has everything you will need, with silver apliances there is a large fridge freezer, brekfast bar and stools, plus washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. Plus there is a dining table and chairs as well. Downstairs there is also a quest toilet as well...
Moving upstairs, there are 3 very spacious bedrooms. Each room has shutters to keep the villa cool, air conditioning / heating units, built in wardrobes and dressing tables with stools and mirrors. The master bedroom consists of a double bed, with bedside tables and lamps, also with television and en suite shower room and a balcony.
The second bedroom also has a double bed, with bedside tables and lamps... its great, if you are laying in bed and look in to the mirror it reflects the Mediterranean sea... imagine waking up to that view...The third bedroom has two single beds with bedside tables and lamps as well. There is also a main bathroom upstairs with bath and shower combined.
Go up another floor and you step out on to the roof terrace, with plenty of space, ideal for sunbathing and with views that will leave you breathless....

Further details outdoors: The private pool is secluded by fences for privacy, there is also space at the back of the villa for all day sunshine!!! This villa is situated in a lovely brand new, gated complex and the villa is a second row beach front villa. The character that the villa oozes with are amazing, the mixture of creams and brown exteriors combined with the wooden fences creates a feel out of this world, leaving you with privacy, an unusual shaped private pool to cool you off in between the tanning sessions and space around the side and back as well.

Conditions
Idealistic villa available for rentals at any time of year. Although car isnt nescersairy it is a great idea for exploring the island and the local areas, but taxis are available and are not very expensive.
