The Famagusta District
Famgusta district is a maze of delightful contrast of old style living with the modern styles of today, both existing side by side in harmony. There are many archelogical sites scattered around that offer a look into the depth of old time Cyprus.
Being mainly Christian Orthodox and very passionate about their religion, you will encounter many interesting churches around the area, some as old as 13 century to some only a few years old.
Famagusta District is well known for its wonderful and delicious potatoes produced by the red Villages which is most of the coastal areas, this meaning of red villages is that the soil is rich and red in colour.
Protaras / Ayia Triada area
A five minute drive into the centre of Protaras, offers a wonderful and vast array of restaurants, pubs and night time entertainment, or you can leisurely wander through the large selection of small shops.

Ground Floor:
Upon entering this amazing Villa, you are presented with a very bright and airy open–plan, lounge area, dining area and kitchen, with the main reception area dominated by unusually high, structured glass windows.
A guest WC is situated just off the lounge area for convenience.
First Floor:
Making your way up to the first floor, you will be delighted with a spectacular view from the huge glass windows that bathes the staircase landing and ground floor reception in warm sunshine.
All three bedrooms are situated on this floor; two of the bedrooms consist of twin beds, bedside tables and floor to ceiling wardrobes. Both of these bedrooms share the family sized bathroom with bath and shower over it. The Master bedroom consists of a double bed, bedside tables, floor to ceiling wardrobes, en-suite shower room and a small private balcony, which offers spectacular views of the tranquil sea and the mountainous backdrop of Famagusta.
Split air-conditioning is provided throughout the villa for comfort all year round.
