**Please contact us for availability as there are two identical villas available** Presidential Villas are furnished to a high standard with special attention paid to its soft furnishings. The ground floor consists of an open-plan setting of kitchen, dining and lounge areas.
The bright and spacious, fully fitted kitchen is equipped with all the nessesary equipment to create a feast.
Lounge seating is provided by two comfortable, leather sofas seating up to 6 persons. A TV with Satellite (free to air) is also provided for entertainment.
A guest WC is situated just off the kitchen area for convenience.
First Floor:
All three bedrooms and a family sized bathroom are situated on this floor.
Outside:
The rear patio and garden with patio furniture seating up to 6 persons, provide a beautiful setting to enjoy al-fresco meals created on the the portable barbeque.
The private swimming pool is professionally cleaned and ready for use, or you can relax on one of the four sunlounges provided.

Protaras / Pernera area
The Villa is situated in a lovely quite area between Kapparis- Ayia Triada and Pernera, just off the road, which is alternately dotted with Pampas grass and Glimpses of the Beautiful Mediterranean Sea.
A five minute ride and you will come to the holiday resort of Pernera offering some pubs, restaurants and many small beaches dotted around the coastline. If you continue on a further 5 minute ride, you will arrive at the bustling town of Protaras, home to the well renowned Fig Tree Bay with its beautiful sandy stretch of beach and crystal aqua blue waters. Here you will find an abundant variety of cuisines, pubs and nightlife to keep you entertained. A five minute ride in the other direction, will take you into the large and modern municipal town of Paralimni where you can experience a great day out shopping at one of the many boutiques or sipping a frappae' at one of the local cafe's. Paralimni is also where you can do all your grocery shopping at one of the two local supermarkets.
Ayia Napa renowned for its late nightlife of clubs, restaurants and pubs is only a 15 minute drive away.

Car is not essential, however it is recommended for easier convenience. For further information regarding car hire, please enquire at time of booking.
