This lovely Villa comprises of a ground floor open-plan kitchen / dining / lounge room. The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with all the necessary implaments for cooking.
The bright and airy loungeroom offers comfortable seating up to 6 persons while enjoying the use of a Satellite TV (Free to air channels) and a DVD player.
All three bedrooms are situated on the first floor and consist of twin beds. One bedroom has an en-suite shower room while the remaining two bedrooms share a family sized bathroom with bath. Two bedrooms offer picturesque views of the Mediterranean Sea and quaint fishing harbour.
Outside a Private 4x8 mtr swimming pool offers its cool waters for relaxation , or you can sunbathe on one of the 6 sun lounges to catch up on your tan.
A built-in BBQ is available with patio furniture allowing for the enjoyment of al-fresco dining.

Protaras / Green Bay area
Bay View is ideally positioned in a quiet location, only a few metres from the beach. It is a short walk to the main road, where the direct bus route is only a short ride, 5 minutes, into the holiday resort of Protaras. Here you can enjoy the many bars and restaurants. A ten minute ride will take you into the local village of Paralimni where all the local supermarkets and boutiques are situated. There are plenty of water sports, nature walks and amusement entertainment around to cater for all age groups
