Villa Caleri is a stunning 3 bedroom villa, sleeping 6-8 people. It is located in a peaceful area between Protaras and Pernera, 800 metres from the beach with sea views. It has been built to superb quality, is fully furnished, air conditioned and has its own private swimming pool.

It is the ideal place for a relaxing holiday by the poolside or to enjoy the nearby beaches where you can take advantage of the crystal clear waters with the many water sports on offer. Evenings can be spent enjoying a meal on the terraced area outside the villa or in one of the numerous tavernas or restaurants within the nearby resort. For thoses seeking a lively night out there is excellent night life in the resorts of Pernera and Protaras and plenty of activities for all ages.

Villa Caleri is a stunning 3 bedroom villa, sleeping 6-8 people. It is located in a peaceful area between Protaras and Pernera, 800 metres from the beach, shops, bars and restaurants. It has been built to superb quality, is stylishly furnished, air conditioned (for cooling and heating), has its own private swimming pool with outside shower, barbecue and terraced area. This villa is beautifully designed over two floors, all three bedrooms have air conditioning, balconies, fitted wardrobes and the master bedroom has an en-suite facility. There is also a separate family bathroom and downstairs cloakroom. The luxury kitchen is fitted with all modern conveniences and is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, saucepans, cooking utensils & picnic equipment, cold boxes, etc for the beach. The large living area has two large sofas (double as comfortable beds). The dining area has a large table with seating for 6 & breakfast bar with seating for additional 2 people, patio doors lead out to the pool area.

Further details outdoors:
The outside area boasts its own 7 x 3.5 metre private swimming pool with outside shower. A barbecue, table and chairs and sunloungers are located on the terraced area.

Conditions

Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds and are inclusive of weekly cleaning service, welcome pack and air-conditioning. You will be required to pay a 25% (non-refundable) deposit. The balance is to be paid 8 weeks prior to departure together with a £200 security deposit cheque (refundable – subject to no damage/breakages during your stay and safe return of keys).

The Famagusta region

Cyprus is one of the largest islands in the Mediterranean Sea. The island has plenty of sunshine throughout the year and there is so much history, culture, tradition and beautiful beaches that there is something for everyone to do.

Cyprus enjoys a typical Mediterranean climate and the island is famed for its sunshine with temperatures that are pleasant all year round. The summer stretches from mid May to mid October, there are high temperatures over 30c, cloudless skies and cool breezes from the sea. The winter is generally dry with mild temperatures reaching lows of 17c, there is still an average of 6 hours of sunshine a day and rainfall is almost non-existent throughout the year.

The Protaras / Pernera area

The villa is situated in a quiet location but is within a few minutes walk to the town centre and beaches. Pernera is just a short walk from the villa, here you will find plenty of shops, pubs, restaurants or you can visit one of three beaches all with safe bathing and water sports. Protaras is within easy walking distance from the villa, it is a seaside resort with some of Cyprus’s most beautiful beaches including Fig Tree Bay and it is a good choice for families and couples with lots of entertainment and a good selection of restaurants, bars and tavernas. Pernera and Protaras are now connect by a promenade which is perfect for a leisurely bicycle ride or sunset stroll.

Ayia Napa is 10 minutes drive away and is always full of life with plenty to see and do and there is the fantastic “WaterWorld” just outside the town. In this area you will find some lovely beaches, like Nissi Beach. The resort offers plenty of exciting activities for all ages.

Larnaca International Airport is approx 45 mins drive away from the villa which is mostly by motorway. The roads are quiet and well sign posted and in Cyprus you drive on the left as in the UK. We will send you detailed directions and maps of how to get to the Villa, it is very easy to get too.
Car hire is available but not essential as there are plenty of reliable Taxi's and good public transport.

“Great Villa with pool” We arrived late evening and were met by Maggie from the Managment company, she showed us around the villa, left a welcome pack of essentials, and arranged a fresh refill for the water cooler. The villa was more than we anticipated, three bedrooms all with A/C, the main living area also has A/C. The pool was cleaned and serviced three times in our ten day stay. A short walk down the hill to Pernera is the Grecko Restaurant, great food at a reasonable price, further down brings you to the centre with a vast choice of Tavernas and Bars. Great Villa, great resort and a great vacation.

“Perfect for us all” Trip for younger son's wedding. Villa was ideal for all the family and the friends who visited. Location was good, plenty of restaurants within walking distance but not too noisy.

“Ideal Location. Well Presented, Clean & Comfortable. Great Facilities.” From booking Villa to getting picked up for journey home we could have no complaints. This villa has all the facilities you could ask for and a management company on hand should you have any problems (I doubt). The villa is situated in an ideal location between Penera / Protaras & Aiya Napa should the nightlife be your theme. A short walk from the villa takes you to the local bus stop and buses run to all locations for a very small fee. The pool is well maintained and over the two week stay it was cleaned and checked a number of times. There is also an outdoor shower next to the pool. Plenty of Seating/Lounges/Parasols also. I stayed here in sweltering 40 plus conditions and the villa has air conditioning that takes the sting out of the outdoor heat. The villa is situated in a dead end with very little traffic. Ice Cream Man pops in most days for the kids... Other villas in the close are for rent at substantial additional cost. Villa Caleri ticks all the boxes for a relaxing and hassle free stay. The transfer service offered through the owner is excellent. Air conditioned and professional at a very reasonable price. Overall well worth the stay and would definitely stay again! Thanks
