Our villa is located near Konnos Bay and the Grecian Park Hotel, ideal for wedding parties. Sleeping 6 persons in 3 bedrooms. PLEASE NOTE WE ARE ALREADY RECEIVING ENQUIRIES FOR 2009, and we must accept bookings on a first come basis. Dont miss out !
Families and friends alike will enjoy the private pool or relaxing with a cold drink on a sunlounger in the large secluded sun terrace during the day as the music from the satellite TV gently sets the atmosphere for relaxing. If you are feeling energetic or fancy the beach Konnos Bay is about a 10 minute walk away and has some of the best water sports available for you. In the evenings you can walk into the centre of Protaras, hop on the bus or even take a short taxi ride in Aiya Napa (8km). Whatever your choice you will not be disappointed. Every day and every evening you can party or relax as you wish. The choice is yours. The only thing that will not change is that you will be in a luxury villa for your entire stay.

The Famagusta District
Cyprus and the Famagusta District.
Cyprus is a great holiday destination with a wonderful climate and over 340 days sunshine each year. The south of the island offers good beaches, ancient ruins and temples, quiet inland villages and landscapes, water activities and a vibrant nightlife in the larger towns.
The District of Famagusta is made up of many small towns and villages. It is well worth hiring a car for a few days to get out and about visiting some of the many places of interest. Each time we have simply “gone exploring” we have always found an area we want to visit again!
Driving on the Island is very easy as they drive on the left and many of the roadside signs are in English. Larnaca, Limassol are about 1 hour away whilst the capital city of Nicosia is a little further
The town of Paralimni is a 15 minute drive away and offers a varied combination of local taverns, traditional and modern shopping facilities, and a huge variety of café-bars. The town square is dominated by two beautiful churches which attract many visitors. . It is now quite easy to book a trip to the north of the island for the day where you can visit The “Ghost” city of Famagusta.
The nearest town to the villa is Protaras. Here you will find a vast selection of restaurants and bars. This resort has something for all ages and is probably one of the best holiday resorts you will find anywhere in the Med. In the other direction you will find Aiya Napa which is about 8km away. Aiya Napa has something for everyone, with the fabulous water park, golden beaches (Nissi Beach in particular) and very picturesque harbour area plus the stunning architecture of the local churches. Not forgetting the wonderful nightlife for the younger holidaymaker.
Konnos Bay is just a 10 minute walk from the villa and has one of the most popular beaches on the east coast. It offers a great choice of water sports and a lovely clean beach with the sea gently sloping away. Just a little further past this bay you have the stunning area of Cape Greco, an area of outstanding beauty with its National Park area and sandy beaches.
If you can force yourselves away from Paradiso villa there is plenty to see and do !
Protaras area
Protaras is the most popular resort in southern Cyprus. It is a very lively family resort which offers something for everyone. Its wide variety of bars and restaurants cater for all tastes and budgets. A five minute taxi/bus ride east from Paradiso villa will take you to join the lively night life and bustling holiday resort atmosphere on the main Protaras strip.
The many bars offer entertainment including tribute bands, karaoke and live music. It is not uncommon to be able to see the likes of Robbie Williams, Tom Jones and even Elvis on the same night on the strip! You will find that children are welcome in bars and indeed their entertainment is also catered for early evenings in many places.
When dining out on the strip you are spoilt for choice as there are many good quality restaurants to choose from, English, Chinese, Japanese, Italian, Indian, Cypriot, the list seems endless! The only problem you then face is asking yourselves “have I got time to go back to that restaurant we were at last night again before we go home!” During the day Protaras returns to an area with gift shops, quaint boutiques and opticians where you can get a real bargain on designer glasses.
The beaches are what Protaras is most famous for and they stretch for nearly ten miles. Fig Tree Bay is one of the best well known beaches in the world and is well worth a visit. Back to Paradiso villa at Konnos Bay and indeed Cape Greko you will find some of the best water skiing waters in the Med, not forgetting the jet ski’s, speed boats and parrasending that are also offered! Konnos Bay is one of our favourite beaches in Cyprus and whether you walk down the steps or drive down the hillside the views are tremendous.

Companies such as First Choice, Thomas Cook, Thomsons, and Exel Airways are good choices and can offer 7/10/11/14 night durations. For scheduled flights we suggest you try British Airways, Cyprus Airways, and Eurocypria who have numerous flights a week into Larnaca. Should you be lucky enough to travel from Luton Airport Fly Monarch has introduced a new schedule service 4 times a week from the middle of March 2007 are reported to have very competitive prices.

The open plan ground floor includes a comfortably furnished living area having a three piece suite for relaxing whilst watching the Satellite TV and DVD player. The lounge area looks out to the pool and large sun terrace. The well equipped kitchen features all modern conveniences including an electric oven with ceramic hob, microwave, a large fridge/freezer and washing machine etc. The dining area has a large dining table with seating for six.. On this level there is also a separate WC with hand basin. Paradiso villa is a fully air conditioned luxury 3 bedroomed detached villa with its own private pool set in a large secluded patio/sun terrace area. The villa boasts a large open plan lounge, with access to the pool and sun terrace, the dining area, and a superb fully fitted kitchen with many home from home extras. Downstairs also features a further WC and hand basin. Upstairs there are 3 lovely double bedrooms (two with 2 single beds in each and one with a double bed) All bedrooms have a balcony view, fitted wardrobes, and are furnished to a high standard. The bathroom is also on this floor and contains both a bath and a shower for your choice.
Outside you will find there is parking for up to two cars off road. The patio/sun terrace has plenty of sun beds, a table, and chairs for your comfort.
At Paradiso villa linen and towels are provided and changed weekly. We do ask however that you bring your own beach towels.
Further details outdoors: The large private patio and sun terrace of Paradiso villa are ideal for relaxing. Six sun loungers, a table and six chairs are provided for your comfort. The rear of the property is fully enclosed making the pool, patio and terrace area private and secluded and safe for children. In the evenings outside lights illuminate the pool, patio and terrace area making it ideal for socialising on the large terrace area. The pool is cleaned each week. The gates to the side of the villa provide secure parking for two cars.
Further details
Upon your arrival at Paradiso villa you will be met by a member of our management company TLC. They will provide you with details of the property as well as giving you location information and maps. They are there for you to ensure you have a comfortable holiday.
Airport transfers are available at very reasonable prices via TLC. A minimum of 2 weeks notice is required to guarantee this additional service.
Car rentals can also be arranged via TLC if required. With at least three weeks notice it can be arranged that you will be met at the airport. The rental car will then be handed to you there and then: you will also, if requested, be escorted to the property. Prices available from TLC.
Pool Maintenance
To ensure that the pool is kept at its best at all times an inspection is carried out twice a week.
Conditions
Paradiso villa will be available for you after 2pm on the day of arrival and we kindly request you vacate the villa by 10am on departure day to allow for cleaning.
A £200 (GBP) non-refundable deposit is payable upon completion of your booking, with the remaining balance due 8 weeks prior to your departure.
A refundable security deposit of £200 (GBP) is required with all bookings. This is payable with your final payment and is refunded within 15 days of your return, less the deductions for losses, damages or breakages as advised by our management company TLC.
Paradiso villa is for families and mixed couples only. We do not accept bookings for all male or all female parties. We reserve the right to refuse access if a booking of this nature has been made and not disclosed.
We adopt a non smoking policy inside Paradiso villa and ask that you respect this request for the benefit of other guests.
